"I have been to Chama Gaucha 3 times in 10 months and it is never less than amazing. The service is quick and efficient. My dining partner dropped her fork and had a new one within seconds (without asking). Seriously...AMAZING. The food is YUUUUUUUUUMMMMM. Even if you aren't a crazy meat eater, the salad bar is fantastic (along with the never-ending refills on polenta, mashed potatoes and fried bananas). They also have amazing house made limeade (free refills...my cup was NEVER empty). A+ Chama Gaucha...worth every penny!"

"Have eaten here a couple of times before for lunch. I had heard that at dinner time there was a larger selection of meats. However, when we ate there for dinner on Saturday night, the meat selection seemed to be the same as lunch time and the dinner price was a significant amount more. Don't think I would bother eating there at dinner time again given the food seems to be the same at lunch time for a lesser price."

"The pace changes from informative to overload when you get to the elaborate salad carousel where you're sure to put far too much on your plate because the choices are both vast and appealing, from the moment you finish your salad and your server seems to spirt it away and replace it with another, the pace becomes nothing short of frenetic! There are servers running around in a correogralhed chaos that should end up in a collision, but never does... The whole experience was like a high speed magic act with great food

"My only complaint about this place is that we had a 6 pm reservation, which we were right on time, and we didn't get seated until 630 pm. I could understand a couple of minutes, but a whole 1/2 hour is pushing it a little, especially when you are 8 months pregnant and can't even enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail while waiting. Other than that, the food was delish, can't complain, and the servers were beyond attentive. Before my friends tongs hit the ground the waiter was there with another one, and picked up the fallen one. The only other thing I was a little annoyed about, was the servers seemed anxious to get us out of there. They cleared my friends plate before she was even done. Will I be back, yes, probably for lunch but not for dinner"

"The salad bar was FANTASTIC but pricy. The meat selections were plentiful but everything tasted the same after the first serving. The sausage was terrible and fatty. All things said its a one hit wonder for us...we wont return and I don't recommend it for its pricey and food is average.

"The food is great, and the alcohol flows, but when you are checked at the 30 minute mark as to whether you are "winding-down" and then essentially hassled for the next 25 minutes to "hurry" (without actually saying this) you have to wonder who is running this circus? When you pay $160 for a meal for 2, it is not too much to ask to sit there and enjoy it for at least an hour - this is not OCB. When I have to ask to keep my plate to eat the food that is still on it and tell you NOT to take the sides away from the table, we are bordering on the ridiculous. It's $42.50 and we were certainly not costing anyone any money with the little meat that we ate. Our drinks, coffee and dessert also ensured your profit margin was not compromised!"

"I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were a party of 4 and all enjoyed the experience. The salad bar was very good and plentiful. It was difficult holding back from loading our plates. All the cuts of meat were good. We ate so much we couldn't fit in the birthday cake. My boyfriend was served a nice crème brulee for his birthday, which we all shared. A nice treat to end the meal. I do find these types of dinners pricey but did enjoy it. I would recommend this place for a special event."

"Service was OK. I was a bit disappointed when we first got there we had to wait about 15 mins even though we already had a reservation. Also the waiters were a bit slow when I made a request. Another thing, every time a sever came to our table I kept getting the sizzling oil or juice splashed on my arm. It was very displeasing. From all the time times I've had dinner at this restaurant I can honestly say I was not happy with the service I received. This is probably the last time I will dine in at this restaurant."

"It was our first time going to this restaurant. We expected the food to be good, but the food was great. Loved how the meat servers were quickly to to serve to the guest, meanchend what type of meat, & what side of the meat cooked, example medium, medium well, well done. My girlfriend and I had our own favorite type of style of meat, fillet mijone, and arracheras. GREAT! Oh so good! Also the sald bar, so good. Over all, obviously the food is great there, ambient great, & friendly people. Yea, I'd recommend this place to family and friends.and as for us, well we ate a lot, so we need to excercise, because so much food. But, we'll go there agin! Thanks again, & we'll see Chama Gaucha again."

"One of the best dining experiences ever. Loved the detail to the decor from the minute you walk into the foyer to the dining area itself. The salad bar was the best I have ever seen in any dining establishment with an outstanding array of items available all fresh with a 5-star presentation. And - the at-the-table service of the meats was outstanding. Every item available to your individual taste and the correct portions to suit anyone. The side dishes also were delicious and just the right accompaniment to the main entree(s).
We did leave room for dessert, but ended up taking it home for later.
I would recommend Chama Gaucha for anyone whether a dinner for two or a large group for a special celebration."

Complaints- We had reservations, but upon arrival were asked to wait a few minutes. Instead of waiting a few minutes we ended up waiting about 20-25 minutes for a table."

"If you are looking for a wonderful experience, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. You will feel valued and pampered. The food is excellent, nice ambiance in the restaurant. It may be somewhat expensive but the memories you have will be priceless."

"This was my first experience with the Brazilian Steakhouse background. The salad bar was excellent and had a great variety of options to choose from. As for the meat portion of the night, if you don't switch the card over to green they will non-stop bring you cuts of meats. I like meat that this did not disappoint!
The only con is that it is expensive."
