"I made a reservation well in advance and my husband and I were seated at the very back of the restaurant beside boxes of bottled water and other stored items. The food, we both agreed, was mediocre and my meal came with soggy vegetables that seemed as if they had been cooking for hours. We skipped desert due to a rather noisy table seated very close talking and laughing constantly. Not one of our better dinners at this restaurant."

"This was my second visit to Osso Bucco. The first was lunch with office staff and the food and staff were so amazing that I decided I wanted to take my family for Mothers Day. I was expecting the service to be a little less efficient because of the high volume on a day like that but there was absolutely no decrease in the level of service, the friendliness of the staff or the quailty of the food. We had people aged from 14 to 64 and everyone enjoyed their experiencel to the fullest and raved about the amazing food. My daughter said that she was looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

"I have been going to this restaurant for many years. the food is always great and the service is excellent. For mothers day i made a reservation for my wife , my 2 babies and myself. When i made the reservation online i stated that i was going to need 2 high chairs, When we arrived to the restaurant my table was not set up with the 2 high chairs i requested. My wife and my 2 babies have to wait several minutes to get sited due that the babies chair were missing... After waiting someone appear with 1 chair but i have 2 babies.... so i had to use a booster chair for my 20 old month baby... fortunately i manage to keep my baby from falling on the floor... If i make a reservation and i request something that easy i would expect that to be done."

"We have all enjoyed Osso Bucco over the years both at their old Brampton location and now in their "new" digs at Main & Vodden and are pleased to report the food is still excellent and the staff warm and welcoming. "I went there with my family on a Sunday evening. There were 3 large parties there celebrating birthdays and other functions. Food portions are huge and the quality and seasoning on each food item is the reason to go. The Osso Bucco (veal shank) dish was spectacular with risotto. The stuffed chicken breast with pasta was phenomenol!
Service is efficient and courteous even with the restaurant packed which was pleasing.
I highly recommend this restaurant for small or large groups of people and you definitely be taking leftovers home. Prices are great for the quality and quantity you get. Go here and you won't be disappointed."

"The food was not quite up to the usual Osso Bucco standard. My friend's lasagna noodles were hard. The waitress took her meal off. I found my veal parmigiana tasted a it burnt, maybe the sauce? My husband enjoyed the pickerel and my other friend liked his veal tenderloin however he did say it could have used a little more seasoning."

"My favourite restaurant in Brampton. Have been going there since they were a little restaurant in Brampton owned and operated by Vito. Followed them through their different locations to where they are now. Friendly and comforting space, great food, and great service makes this restaurant a gem. "My first visit to Osso Bucco. Great local place was great for a date. I had lobster linguine from the list of specials which was delicious and my date had the stuffed chicken breast from the regular menu, which she really enjoyed as well. Shared a dessert which was the caramel cake, also very good without being heavy. My only "complaint" was that the special menu was difficult to read. Whoever wrote it out had writing that looked nice, but was difficult to read. Overall a great dining experience, reasonably priced and would definitely return."

"Casual and spacious, with lots of private nooks. Extensive daily/special menu on a traveling chalk board (table to table), which would benefit from a printed version for those with older eyes. Food was cooked to order (less cream, more, etc) to everyone's satisfaction. On the recommendation from our waitress, liver and onions was ordered and came cooked perfectly.

"I loved that we were able to split our ceaser salad without any hesitation. also when only one of us ordered dessert our waitress brought two dessert forks without being asked. We had early reservations on a Wed nite and we were seated with space between our table since their were not very many diners ..... this made it a much longer walk for our waitress but gave us more privacy. I was disappointed that the dish I wanted to order was not on the menu or in the specials even tho I had checked the online menu and found it there. This put a damper on my birthday dinner out. I did appreciate that when the waitress heard it was my birthday - my dessert was gratis......"

"I ordered the Osso Bucco with vegetables and risotto. Would have like my rissotto more del dente and a bit more broth (my husband liked it so it's really preference).. My husband ordered the New York steak with penne pasta and sausauge. He is quite particular about his steak so he requested them to make his steak on high heat and rare. It came out just as he asked. The portion was quite big, but I also ordered the larger size because I figured I can have the left over the next day anyways (saves me from making lunch). Everything was good and the staff were friendly and prompt when we needed anything."

"This was my third time at Osso Bucco. Normally I am very happy, but we ordered the roasted garlic appetizer and this time the garlic was burned so we had to send it back. Not impressed it seemed they used garlic from the previous day. (we went on a Monday). Overall the restaurant is pretty good, but I had to take one star away because of my appetizer and because they don't make their Caesar dressing from scratch so they definitely don't make a lot of other things themselves. It's definitely not a "fine dining" restaurant."

"We arrived at the restaurant on a Friday evening for a Mom's night out (5 Mom's, no kids, no husbands). We decided on Osso Bucco because one of the Mom's highly recommended the location and we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious, affordable and the service was exceptional. All of our needs were met and the server didn't "hover" over us - we were given ample time to enjoy each course and we hung out for quite a while towards the end talking and it was not an issue. The restaurant was quite full and subsequently a bit loud - but we barely noticed as we were easily able to have our own conversations. I would recommend this place again for sure and look forward to visiting with my family in the near future - it's very close to home!"

"Although, one of our guests was not satisfied with the preparation of her Atlantic Char, we were all more than satisfied with your service. Leanne, was our waitress and she did an outstanding job of tending to our needs. She offered to replace the Atlantic Char with something else, but at that time, it was too late, because the rest of us already had our meals served and it would have been uncomfortable, leaving our guest to eat on her own.
Unfortunate, but overall, very nice and reasonable price list."
