"Because it was a holiday weekend, the facility was very busy. As a result, as the evening continued, even the waitress had to yell in order to talk with us. Once the pianist began playing, we found we needed to leave to be comfotrable."

"My Oysters Rockefeller appetizer was covered in a buttery parmesan sauce that was larger than the actual oyster. I had the Ahi Tuna for my main course. For the price of this you would expect some sides, but they are a la cart. My wife had the fillet and lobster tail and she said the steak was something you could easily forget about and compared it to a steak at Outback. The lobster was the best part of her meal. She ordered fried onions as a side (also al la cart) and they were served in a very large bowl with no sauce to cut the saltiness of the batter. From a service side, the waiter brought replacement silverware after the appetizers in his hands and not on a service transport plate that is required in the fine dining industry."

"I had the 10 oz Filet and it was very tender but not that flavorful. The green beans were underdone for my taste and the baked potatoe was overdone. On one side the potato skin was so hard and thick that was almost impossible to chew. My wife enjoyed the bread but comments we could have used some olive oil to dip it in. I enjoyed the crab cakes. We do not drink alcohol so I can not comment on the quality of wine or cocktail. The wine list and cocktail lists appeared extensive. The atmosphere is definitely that of a bar more than a restaurant as the bar takes up most of the area. The piano player was good. The service was excellent. No rush but the wait staff was pleasant, ready and responsive to every request."

"All three of us thought the Famous Steakhouse was wonderful. I was in town for a few days and so I took my mom and dad in-laws to dinner, it was a super place, it enhanced the "only child" pleasure for the day. Mom and dad both enjoyed the steaks and dad and I had a great time throwing down the mussels, as appetizers."
