"Had a great dining experience at Osso Bucco. Was there for a Mother's Day dinner with 7 people & 2 children. They were very accommodating & all staff extremely friendly & informative. All of us enjoyed our dinners, the food was excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant."

"long time patron in Brampton, wanted to give the new location a try. Was delighted with the service, thefood however was not up to par. My warm spinach salad was plentiful, but not warm and hardly any dressing, it was very dry. just a bunch of spinach on a plate. My steak was ordered medium rare and came well done. For the first time in my life I sent my meal back. They re-ordered the steak but of course everyone else was finished their meal by the time the second steak arrived. My husbands spicy scallops were good but his pasta was also dry (he orders the seafood pasta EVERY time we go and found it not to be of Brampton quality). One of our guests had the orange roughy and it was also dry and overcooked.

"with a Name like Ossa Bucco you would think that that would be the dish to order , the sever highly recomended it as there signature dish , the 2 inch or 3 inch size would have been adaqate but the meat was chewy like a piece of gum , i thought there must be somthing wrong and took a piece from the other side of the bone it proved to be more of a challenge.
i usually dont complain and would normally work my way through it but i had to bring it to there attention. The server was very helpfull , i decided to opt for the Smoked salmon appitizer as nothing on the menu appeled to me now ,
they took it off the bill and gave me a free dessert.."

"Service was friendly and prompt. Food was fresh, flavourful, and not too heavy. Booked online to say we were celebrating a birthday and was pleasantlly surprised that they noted that -- were given complimentary strawberry grappa at the end of the evening--overall, we had an amazing time. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to our friends and families. Thanks for an awesome experience!!!!"

"This was our second time at Osso Bucco. Definitely enjoyed the evening. The food was tasty, the portion size and price was excellent. To start with we had the "Roasted Garlic" and "Insalata Caprese", for our mains "Veal Marsala" and "New York Striploin. Everything was great, our server was Brenda and she was very helpful and attentive thru out. Will go back again, this time with our 2 teenage boys."

"It was very noisy - I had veal Marsala and risotto - it was very salty but I decided not to complain - I should have. My husband tasted it and commented that he did not know how I could finish it. The other 3 people with me did not have any major issues with their food. I heard such good comments about your restaurant but I was very disappointed."

Ordered the lobster linguine (which I've had many times) and had a few pieces of hard stuff (shell?) in there. Otherwise, great experience as usual, but not up to the standard I expect and have received in the past here."

"Over all - a nice enough experience BUT - it took FOREVER for our entree to arrive. Everyone who had been seated after us were receiving their entrees and ours were nowhere. My friend and I were okay with that as we were having a great visit but, once the food did come, it was clear it had been under a heat lamp for some time and replated. How do I know? Any decent restaurant would not serve fish so well done that it was chewy and curling at the edges and, from what I gather from other reviews, this is a decent restaurant. Did we give them an opportunity to make it right? No - we were starving by this point and needed to get home. It wasn't inedible just very overcooked with a dry sauce hardened on the edges. Disappointing to say the least."

"My oldest daughter recommended your restaurant because she goes with her friends as often as possible. She loves your establishment so much that even though she lives in Toronto she brings all her friends in from the city just to dine at Osso Bucco. I knew I could trust her stamp of approval and figured that if her group of friends are willing to drive in from the city, it has to be good!! She was correct! I came with a party of six and we all ordered something different from your menu and were thrilled with each and every dish. We also found your prices to be very reasonable for the quality of food (as well as the portion sizes) and loved the service from all of your staff.

"Your chef needs to make a point of making sure the food is hot going out to the table. Most times it is not sometimes not even warm.
Also when we make reservations we should be asked if we want to eat at he bar not put there because there was nothing else. When people make a reservation and spend alot of money they don't expect to be seated at the bar."

"This was a treat from beginning to end. The calamari and shrimp appetizers were excellent. There were 4 of us and we all agreed that our main course meals were not only delicious but plentiful. The surroundings were pleasant and I look forward to having a meal on their patio, this summer!"

"Osso Bucco is a fabulous restaurant! All of the staff are absolute pro's and are a great team. They keep a close eye on your dining experience all the time, you will not have to pour your own wine or ask for more water. When you order they don't write anything down and any special requests are not a problem. The food is outstanding, and just like being at your grandparents house, you will never go home hungry. The menu has a lot of choices so there is something for everyone. You will also leave looking forward to the next time you return for this very pleasant experience."

"Overall the experience was good. It got a little annoying when we waited for about 10 minutes to be served while those who came in after us were served almost right away.
They didn't have our regular lobster dinner since it was Valentine's day and had a special event menu or something like that. We enjoyed the meal we had, but it would have been nice if our favorite meal was on the menu.
As I said, the food was very good and the place feels cozy with the right amount of room noise.
It is certainly a place you will want to visit again."

"We had a wonderful valentines dinner, we had our first date there and it was so nice to go back.
The food was great and we were even seated at the same table we had on our first date 5 months

"The hostess went out of her way to accommodate us when we asked to change our table due to a cold draft. The restaurant was packed but when I explained to her that my husband had chemo the day before she wasted no time in working something out for us. The entire experience was a delight and it meant so much to me that she understood that our request was a necessary one.

"I have been to this restaurant many times and have met friends there both for lunch and dinner. It has become a 'meeting place' for my friends and I where the venue is a bit more upscale, yet affordable. The food is consistently really good, special requests are easily accommodated, the atmosphere is comfortable and 'homey' and the service is excellent."
