"Decor is very relaxing, and makes one feel special. Depending on menu selection the food prep I unique well presented. Quality is unquestionable. Staff very helpful with menu questions. Service is efficient but not rushed."

"We're a family group that has been going to The Grandview for our annual pre-Mother's Day ladies' luncheon for several years now.
We love the beautiful setting and the younger great-granddaughters feel very special and 'grown-up'!

"Lamb chops were not thoroughly cooked; one dinner had to be sent back. Potatoes were not completely cooked and the lamb sausage was poor. We should have ordered the steak. Salads were very good, waiter was outstanding. The Manhattan was small. Overall we would go back; just not have the lamb chops."

"The Grandview continues to be one of the finest restaurants in the Lake Geneva area. We have been there on many occasions and have never been disappointed in the the qualities that make a restaurant a standout (food, service, ambiance). This is a particularly difficult feat to accomplish on a major holiday such as Easter. We will continue to visit as often as possible."

"The setting is beautiful and romantic - the food was fantastic.
My wife and I both started our meal with their "famous gulyas." It's "famous" with good reason - it was great, and a perfect way to warm up on a cold night. I had the braised short ribs, and it was one of the best restaurant dinners I've had in a long time. My wife had a filet, and said it was absolutely perfect. Our waiter was great and made a wonderful dinner even better. The only (minor) complaint was that on a cold winter evening, the fact that the dining room has enormous windows overlooking the lake made the dining area a little chilly (but really... I wouldn't want them to sacrifice the view). All in all, I can't recommend it enough."
