"What a wonderful way to celebrate the start of Mother's Day weekend by having afternoon tea with my dear friends. We loved the opportunity to be seated to hear beautiful music and enjoy wonderful tea and conversation. At first it seems the tea fare may not be enough however one soon learns that the food is quite filling. Will make this a tradition."

"This was a perfect place to take my mom for her birthday. The service was wonderful, giving us plenty of time to chat and be with our group but also attentive so we never felt like we were waiting. A fun selection of sandwiches and pastries, they even brought out specific food for our vegetarian. The tea was good, not the best that I have had but good. We all found something that we liked. The ambiance was gorgeous and it was nice to have an occasion to dress up for. I will definitely do this again. The price point is really good for what you get."

"This is my third time at Afternoon Tea and it was great as usual. The only complaint I had was I had a special request and it was never addressed. No one told me it wasn't possible to grant it and it wasn't granted. The service was great otherwise."

"My wife and I came to the Grand America hotel for a special lunch this past Valentine's day. Although the tea selections were somewhat limited (very traditional), all of the options are delicious. My wife loved the ambiance, the cozy feel, and all the little different finger foods that were offered. She particularly liked the scones and jam. I loved the little sandwiches the most. I ordered the earl grey, and my wife got the coconut, almond hot chocolate (tasted better than an almond joy). If you want to impress someone visiting salt lake, want a girls day out, or just a special place to go for lunch, this is a great option."

"To start with they Didn't have our booking in the system, and had attitude when challenged on this point.
You don't do a High Tea service with tea bags, ever!
Food was average.
If they want to present a High Tea perhaps they should research the process better as it really wouldn't take much to do it right just a bit more pride in their work."
