Milagro Queen West, part of the Milagro Cantinas family, is inspired in the golden era cantinas of Mexico. Our friendly staff offers classic food & refreshing beverages at reasonable prices in a warm, relaxed & easy going atmosphere. Milagro is colorful with an eclectic & somewhat funky style. Our dishes are abundant, flavourful & colourful; we use traditional recipes & techniques. At our cantina bar you can enjoy Tequilas, Mezcales, wine sangrias, margaritas, daiquiris & classic mixed cocktails. Milagro is Zagat rated & featured in Toronto Life, Now, Globe & Mail, El Pais (Spain), Toronto Star, Eye, Metro, 24hrs, Where, North Toronto Post, Travel & Leisure & many others. We serve dinner daily at 5:30pm, lunch Thursday to Saunday at 12:00pm & brunch on Saturdays & Sundays until 4:30pm. "This restaurant is a great place for casual dining! Great pitchers of Sangrias and dishes to share...felt like I was transported...I would recommend ordering right away just because excellence can take time ;) The Ceviche and the Snapper was delish! Our server was so super nice and helpful...and you have to try their tequila shot with tomato juice chaser...very good :)"

"We had a group of six, each ordering different dishes, all were enjoyed. Lime juice marinated raw fish was well received, as was seared tuna. Service was good although very busy so a bit slow at the end getting the bill. Music selection could use some attention (suspect there is better Spanish music out there), as could placement of speakers. Nice to get Mexican food without having to stand at a counter."

"I booked a table for 2 on a Thursday night.... yet we still got stuck in the back section next to the prep table. The waiter brought us the wrong appetizer after an hour wait, so we just decided that we may as well eat it instead.
The food was OK, but not great.

"I found Milagro recommended on blogto.com. They suggested the tacos and the sangria....so that's what we got! The sangria was great, not too sweet and very delicious. We also ordered the guacamole which was great! The tacos however, were sub-par. They were very salty, overpriced and definitely did not meet our expectations. However, the service was great and the upstairs patio is a nice atmosphere. I would go back for the guacamole, ambience and drinks but not sure about the tacos!"

"We were happy when we stumbled upon Milagro last summer. We enjoyed it so much that we brought friends along this time. Since we were going to a bar on Queen West later that night we thought we would have dinner there first. Both times we went the meal was delicious, and they have a great tequila list as well!"

"We had a great evening at Milagro on Queen West. Initially they seated in the back of the first floor, right by the open concept kitchen. Way to hot for our group. They were extremely accommodating and moved to a great table by the window on the second floor. Service was fantastic. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Guac was delish and I loved my shrimp tacos - they came highly recommended. I will return!"

"The food was okay. I wouldn't say it was great but pretty good. We ordered appetizers which were very good. Our main meal was okay. The margarita was very good so all in all is was okay.
Would I go again, probably not but I wouldn't discourage anyone else to try it. It's a great neighbourhood place to eat and just hang."

"Mexican is tricky if you don't start with the simple basics, but you needn't worry @ Milagro. The neighbourhood gem is ideally situated in the heart of Queen West and is warm and lively.
The menu has all the usual suspects, plus a wide selection of beers, tequilas and great michelada's (beer with lime, spices, and a variety of kickers like tabasco, worchestershire, etc.) Awesome list of meats and tortillas, etc.
Book reservations early, and ask to sit downstairs if you're only 2 or 4. More going on as you're close to the bar and kitchen."

"There is a lot of great Mexican restaurants in Toronto - this is not one of them. The chicken chipotle tacos I ordered did not taste like chicken, or chipotle. They actually had no flavour at all - strange! Take a pass and head to Playa Cabana, Mexico Lindo or Dos Amigos instead."

"The food was great. The problem was that we were ignored for most of the night. We had to ask 3 times to get a drink, and had to ask 2 times for our food, which arrived cold. We had 4-5 different people serving us. The fact that I was there with my mom made me feel like the staff didn't think we were cool enough. I work in a restaurant . I know mistakes can happen when it gets busy, but at my restaurant, if we serve food late or cold, we tell the manager and he apologizes and comps some of the meal."

"This place was great the only thing i didn't like was being charged an extra $2.50 to have salad instead of rice and beans as a side but then receiving a tiny salad of diced tomatoes onions and barely any lettuce. I am not exaggerating i am talking the size of my palm. I for sure will go back cause the taco rosarito was amazing but will not get ripped off for a non existent salad again. The tequila was so smooth and i was very impressed with the servers knowledge behind the tequila list. Overall salad rip off aside great experience!"

"First time visiting Milagro's after hearing a lot about it and it definitely lived up to it's expectations. Everything from the the food to the ambiance was perfect for it's vibe. I had the Chicken Burrito and it was fab - just the perfect blend of ingrediants and not too cheesy! The buttery corn on the side was the perfect compliment.
I loved the feel inside the restaurant and it gave off just the right amount fun plus intimacy. Will definitely be coming back!"
