"We loved our waiter, Rudy! He was very personable and friendly. It was my birthday and he went all out with rose petals on the table and candles on my dessert! He was kind enough to take more than a few photographs for us too!
The only "BUT" was that my husband loves quality wine. I do not drink and he found that you could only buy the wine he wanted by the bottle and that they did not offer it by the glass or by the half litre. Unfortunately, he opted for an ice Tea.
We had a lovely dinner and would recommend friends and family to dine at the Tiara Restaurant. Thank you!

"My wife and I attended Tiara for a very special occasion and they did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. Rudy and Christophe took excellent care of us, with detailed attention to our party and extras that were not expected. Fantastic experience"

"The Tiara Restauraunt is great for any occasion. Staff are pleasant and friendly and inviting. We had Breakfast there as well as Dinner and the service was well timed and certainly surpassed even what we have come to expect. Unfortunately, the service at dinner did not meet our expectations, based on our previous experience. The food in both cases did meet our expectations. We would definitely recommend this restauraunt hoping that the service at dinner was just an aberration from the usual standard of excellence."

"Dinner at Tiara was pleasant. We had a window table but waited about an hour for our food. The waitress was pleasant and steered us to the best Cabernet we have tasted in a long time. It was from France and was smooth and delicious. Our dinner arrived and my husband's tenderloin was perfect. My fish was cold in the middle and I sent it back. My replacement was outstanding. We declined dessert because we were full and it was 9:45 - our reservation was at 7:30. Overall I would go back. I think because of the size of the dining room they must get larger groups and it was a Friday night. I don't know if the wait was because of this, but the overall experience was fine."

"We had a group of 9 for dinner. The entire experience was top notch. Our server Jill was outstanding in all areas from initial greeting to food and wine suggestions. She exceeded our expectations and made our mother's day dining experience very memorable. We definitely will be back. Good was outstanding in quality and taste and cooked perfectly to everyone's unique tastes. In fact, have reservations on May 26th to celebrate a family birthday."

"We have eaten at the Tiara Restaurant many times. I can honestly say that they truly pay close attention to wonderful service and meeting the needs of each and every guest. The menu changes through each season and they utilize locally sourced food. They have gotten back to a more refined, tighter upscale menu. The staff is seasoned and will provide you with excellent recommendations. This is a restaurant for a special occassions or for a nice weekend away (as it is part of a hotel). The servers are outstanding (wonderful service always from Rudy and Jill and the rest of the team).
The atmosphere is intimate as it looks out into the Niagara river and is also perfect for brunch or breakfast (Our server Gerry is excellent)."

"My boyfriend and I went to Tiara because it was rated as #1 restaurant in Niagara-On-The-Lake. Having tried a few of NOTL's top 10 restaurants, we had somewhat of an expectation. The decor was nice and elegant, however what we did not anticipate for was the wait for our entrees. The appetizers came at a fair speed but we waited about 45 minutes before we approached by our waitress to inquire about our meals. She claimed she had asked the kitchen twice already and will try again, with no other explanation as to the reasoning behind the delay. 10 minutes later, we told the waitress that if our meals don't come in the next 5 minutes, just to grab the bill and we'll go have dinner elsewhere. Our entrees came arrived 2 minutes later."

"The Tiara Restaurant at Queen's Landing is our most favourite place to dine. It's an hour and a half drive and well worth it. The food has never been a disappointment. The Sunday brunch is very abundant. The décor is formal and romantic."

"Overall, we had a most enjoyable dinner While the menu is short there is plenty to choice from for everybody. We had a few niggly complaints, firstly the waiter had to ask me twice what I wanted for a main course and the amuse was delivered at the same time as the appetizer. As to the latter, my wife had the goats cheese and I the Lobster Bisque and we found both to be bland."

"Our meal with friends did not live up to the price tag, but the service was excellent. When we mentioned the over-salted salad with the appetizer, a new side salad was brought to us which was a nice touch. The filet was excellent but my husband and friend had the sous vide, which they both found exceptionally disappointing. The beef was dry and there was very little of it. A pity, as the surroundings are lovely and our wine was fantastic. For the money, basic errors such as overcooking and over-salting should not be present. We will return to NOTL for my 40th next year, all the way from England, but I'm not sure how confident I would feel in bringing our guests here. As I said, it's a real shame."

"This restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was superior. Our server was Rose. She was very attentive, explained all the dishes completely, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Due to the cost of this dinner, we would not dine at Tiara except for a special event. In our case, we were given the dinner to celebrate my wife's retirement. It was a lovely treat, and we would choose this restaurant again for a special occasion."
