"My husband & I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were disappointed. We have seen this place several times in Old Torrance and were anxious to try it. We looked up the menu online and thought it would fit our needs, there were many interesting items but when we got there they offered a very small menu with not many choices - nothing like the only menu. The food was good but pricey. The service was good and people were friendly. It was noisy in there but that's because we were seated in the bar area. We don't plan to go there again."

"Great table reserved for the 8 of us. New Chef had a great new twist on food, but we ordered multiples of the same items and they looked different and tasted different! My favorite is there Mac & Cheese... First batch was not 4 cheeses.. Had way too much paprika. Second batch was right on(Was the Chef not checking orders going out?).Took us a while to get the attention of the servers to get drinks... After 4 rounds they knew we where drinking a lot. Food took a while 25-30 mins, but nothing came out together. At one moment I had 4 beer samplers and they where warm by the time the food arrived. Dessert was amazing, but also another 30 min wait.... Brownie and Ice Cream! This stuff is already cooked, preparing a plate doesn't take 30 mins."

"I have been to this place several times and have never had a bad experience. Their food options are always innovative and quite tasty. For dessert, Ron recommended a bacon, chile pepper, and maple ice cream. I highly suggest you get; it will blow your tastebuds."

"The Beer selection was awesome. However since they have reopened the restaurant portion with a new chef the food was less than desirable. We ordered the fish and chips which have been a changed. The batter now has a "charcoal" appearance and the fish consistency was liken to battered grits. It was uneatable. The manage was great about it, noticed we didnt eat it and removed it from our bill. We say bring back bacon/beer night!!!"
