Our patio dining is "first come first served". We can not accept outdoor reservations
"A wonderful, longstanding, local establishment that you won't find in other resort towns. Local food is served with style and panache. The menu changes seasonally, and the preparations are imaginative."

"Ketchum Grill is a unique one of a kind experience in the heart of Ketchum located in a historic building. Chefs Lloyd And Scott are not only long time residents of this restaurant, but also cook up some of the most amazing variations of Salmon, steak, pasta, etc... you will ever have the luxury of tasting. Scott is not only head Chef, but also owner, which shows in the pride of taste and presentation."

"The fresh oysters are a special preparation we always look for on Scott's menu. The lamb meatballs are a favorite Idaho tradition, but the whole menu is interesting and unusual, the cabin atmosphere, and terrace, very convivial. It's just great every time!"

"We have had inconsistent experiences at the Ketchum Grill. Sometimes the food is excellent and other times not so good. The last time we had the salmon special which was fine, but not outstanding. It seemed that not much effort was put into the presentation and the vegetable side was insignificant. We would like to see more affordable wines on the wine list. Also, it's too noisy to have easy conversation, especially for those hard of hearing."

"Fresh salmon over a wood fire, always the best soups in town, a carefully chosen wine list, people who remember your name, all in a coxy, historical cabin with a crackling fire. No wonder it's to go-to spot for people who know Ketchum. We do it often."

"Nice place. Best dish was the mussels appetizer. Flatbread special was ok but not all that special. Duck breast was ok but the plate just wasn't all that interesting."

"Very pleasant cosy atmosphere. Food was well prepared and good tasting. Sat in the front room which is on the tight side but manageable. Service staff was casual but attentive. It was crowded on a Sunday night so reservations are a good idea. Was tempted to comeback again even though our stay in Sun Valley was short."

"We are locals who patronize The Grill frequently but only during normally quiet times due to the noise level. The food is good and a good value and the service is generally very good however, the noise level is intolerable. We had some friends in town who like The Grill and made an exception to our normal rule about only patronizing during slack. We got our reward - I personally heard virtually none of the conversation and most of the rest of our party heard less than half. It is truly a shame the ownership does noting to dampen the intolerable noise level of this very good restaurant."

"THe Ketchum Grill is in an historic old home. The ambience is true "old Sun Valley," the food excellent and the service a perfect blend of help, and allowing you your privacy. We spend winters in SUn Valley and go to the Ketchum Grill not only when we have visitors but when it is just the two of us as well."

"Our dinner was fine. The lemon pasta was amazing but our server kept bypassing us, she forgot our appetizer ( which was mediocre) and the sides with the main dishes were just okay. Everyone was friendly but not very attentive. Overall the food was good just not great"

"Last minute Friday night reservation cheerfully accommodated, at 6pm -- staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding dishes: the Black Angus NY strip and a lamb shank."

"Stakes, ducks, fish, lamb, all hot off a smoky grill with unusual sauces with herbs and spices, lamb meat balls, meatloaf and other comfort food and a glass or two of wine with friends. Crackling fire in the entry sets toe mood. Always a fun night. They have little pizzas and great burgers for kids, and a party room for groups. Amazing what Scott and Daniel turn out of that tiny kitchen. This is a Ketchum "must do", but make a reservation."
