"It was the only place we could get into at the last minute for Mother's Day. Some burgers in our party of seven were fine, others were undercooked (not "not pink"). The deep-fried hot dog was fine, as were the milkshakes. I'm not a big fan of this joint, but our younger diners seem to like it. Noisy, busy, crowded, difficult to carry on a conversation."

"Really good burgers. Order a novelty burger once then come back and create your favorite combination. Fresh fries add to the deliciousness. You have a choice of meat for your burger as well which is a plus for non beef eaters in your group."

"I liked the fact that you can design your burger exactly how you want it on any given day. I was in the mood for a bacon and egg burger and it was delicious! The fries are fabulous. Most of my family is gluten and dairy free and it was not a problem at all for us at this restaurant."

"I moved to Minnesota 2 years ago and I have been going to Burger Jones since I first moved in. The burgers of the month are always something to try. My family loves this place, the kids love to go there for the PBJ and milk and cookies. Best place around to get a great burger!"

"With all the brouhaha about this place over the past year or so, we thought we should check it out. finally.
WIfe had a cheese burger with added carmelized onions, and "Amablu" blue cheese added (for $2.50!). I had a Patty Melt. Both ordered 'pink' (that's your choice "pink' or "not pink") And we split an order of "Parmesan Waffle Fries".
Food came out timely on a Saturday 7PM, and presentation was...on aluminum cafeteria tray on a sheet of brown waxy paper. OK.
Temperature was fine, burger was indeed 'pink', and the flavors were fine. Could tell that the meat was fresh, and they didn't add any extra seasoning. Fries were lukewarm, with a shake of store-brand parmesan.
But for 2 burgers and water to drink, to pay $30 with tip? sheesh"

"We had reservations at 6pm. We arrived on time, thank heavens we had reservations! We sat down, (we were seated in the bar) ordered a drink, ordered our food and within 45 minutes the waiter was trying to hurry us out by attempting to take our plates (we were still eating) and our beverage glasses (still had a bit left). The food was adequate. Big score for quick on time service, but low score for absolutely rushing us out the door! We were 2 couples and we ended up going to another place down the street and had additional conversation and cocktails and dessert as there was no time at Burger Jones."

"We went as a family Sunday evening. Surprisingly the restaurant was pretty busy so it was a good thing we had a reservation. No wait whatsoever, we walked through the door and directly to our table. The service was excellent. This being our first visit, the server had plenty of good recommendations and his descriptions to the different foods and sides helped us decide. Before we finished our meal, one of our children asked if she could order another burger because it ws that good. I had to debate that one a bit because I thought mine was delicious the moment it hit my lips too."

"We made a reservation for a Saturday evening, but it was unnecessary as there were more open tables than occupied tables. There's probably a reason for that, too. Service was slow and the food was just okay. The server asked one member of our party how she wanted her burger cooked, but didn't ask anyone else. It took about 30 minutes for our food to come... Again, they weren't busy and burgers shouldn't take that long. In fact, the food wasn't that warm either."

"Burger Jones has very good burgers and decent service. Love the sweet potato fries! This time my burger was almost impossible to eat, I think because of the caramelized onions I ordered--they were very greasy and made everything slide around. Also, this is not the first time my bun pretty much disintegrated. Yummy, but with all the stuff you can put on the burger, they really need buns that hold up better. They also have a terrific selection of tap beers."

"Very disappointed in a long waiting time even though I made reservations. We waited 20 minutes for a table WITH a reservation. Is there a point to making a reservation when you are seated at the same time as though coming in without? The food was typical as usual. Good and tasty."

Waitress was great. Friendly and organized.
Boring atmosphere. Needs some music to break up the 40mn wait for our orders. Had TVs to watch but no volume.
No seasoning on any of the sides. Went with a party of 10. All agreed that the burgers were great. Sides were bland and over priced."

"We were impressed with the reservations online...Originally, made them for 5:30 and noted that we'd be a bit late...Called and changed the reservation to 5:45...We arrived at exactly that time and were seated...Perfect!!!...What was disappointing was the hamburger that was ordered with no pink...Upon cutting it in half, it was obvious that it contained pink...The reason that we were splitting the sandwich was that we had eaten lunch there before and felt that cutting one in half would be adequate...It was not...Have the burgers been reduced in size or is it just our imagination???...It also seemed like the quantity of waffle fries was less...Our imagination or real???...Might give it a try for lunch again???, but not dinner..."

"We were fan's of Burger Jones but it continues to slip. Our burgers were very greasy. My cheese curds were cold and the portion was very small for $4.50. Waffles fries were ordinary except for the parmesan. $40+ for two people is pretty expensive for less than average burgers."

"This place was voted best bloody, although I found it rather bland and nothing amazing or unique as a garnish. The food was better than expected- even amazing in many areas! The burgers, shakes/malts, and appetizers were all incredible. And trust us, we know our burgers...!"
