"Our table ate about $360.00 worth of sushi. I have been to Pure before and found it to be good. This time not so much. The Maguro was not good to serve at the price they charge for it. I should have sent it back but did not want to cause a scene. Monday night is not a night I would recommend going to Pure Sushi...Not any bang for the bucks that I spent. I was so embarrassed that I picked up the entire bill...The Sake and Ikura were both good...the rest was just ok..."

"First the food here is very good. What we do have issues with is the service. Typically we are seated in the back room, which is fine with us because it is very quiet. However, no one ever comes and waits on us. Every time we are seated here, and I'm not exaggerating, I have to go track down our server. After flagging down the hostess and telling her no one has waited on us, our server finally came over and said that she was not told of our table. According to her, the hostess is supposed to tell the server that they have a new table. Obviously this didn't happen on this visit or many previous visits. Pure has a systemic issue here. This is not a hostess issue, but a management issue. Seated and forgotten once again."

"The last few times we have been the service has been consistently poor. I feel that 45 minutes to get you food in restaurant that was not busy is a long time. Also, twice the staff insisted on reaching across the table into our faces to serve food instead of walking around the table. Also, my family is very proficient in the use of chopsticks but the food must be served from the kitchen so that I don't need a knife. Or else, put a knife and fork on the table. Also, don't ask how we would like the food to come out of the kitchen and then ignore our request."

"Food was great and the prices were decent. The service itself was not poor however we didn't feel welcomed. The overall ambiance really wasn't appealing to us. "Killer sushi and fabulous full entrees. The sea bass is some of the best fish I have ever tasted. Yellowfin tuna is fresh and of high quality. They are able to deliver a consistent product every time. It can get very busy and noisey, but the food makes it doable. Love, love, love this place!!"

"We waited 1 hour after we placed our order and received our appetizer and our miso soup then just one of our rolls. Couldn't get the waitresses attention. Had to ask for the manager 3 times before he came over then we received different excuses as to why our food was late. The table next to us sat down at least 30 minutes after we arrived and received their sushi before us (2 of the rolls were the same one's we ordered). The food was excellent unfortunately we asked them to cancel the rest of our order."

"Very noisy and crowded on a Friday night. Wait staff sought to keep up but they and kitchen were overwhelmed - thus long waits for even drinks. One beef dish came out badly over cooked and it took 15-20 minutes for the correctly prepared dish to be delivered, leaving that diner to eat alone after the wait. The food was fine."
