Amici Ristorante
Amici Ristorante is locally owned and operated by Dave & Diane Carpenter and George & Patty Donato. Together they have run the current restaurant for some time as Mammoni’s Italian Restaurant with much success and thought it was time to give the establishment an appropriate name to reflect the story behind the two couples lifelong friendship.
Since its opening the restaurant has managed to gain some local notoriety, becoming known for offering authentic and innovative Italian dishes. The menu includes grilled steaks, seafood, veal and pastas and a wide selection of wines. Complimented by a full service bar, they are confident you’ll enjoy your dining experience in Amici’s comfortable and moderately upscale setting.

"Came for diner and to see Joe Staffieri. Was disappointed he wasn't there. The Band that was there was very good. We stayed 'til the end. Great to see Danny the best bartender in Delaware County. Turned out to be a great night. Great food Great Band."

"My wife & I had a very nice dinner for her birthday. Her chicken parm was excellent! My ravioli & meatballs were very good as well. The food was freshly prepared and hot when served. The waitress was right on the ball with salads, entrees & wine re-fills. Since, it right near the Morton Train Station, I can meet her at the train and head over for dinner. We will definitely be back!"

"Food was good but my entree claimed to be filled with sausage, roasted peppers and mozzarella but instead of mozzarella it contained spinach of which I do not care for and I also thought the portion was small. My wife enjoyed her entree and my salad was good. A little loud when the dining area was crowded but overall a nice time"

"I wanted to try somewhere different for brunch. Amici was listed on open reservation.The brunch was great. Both the executive chef and the su chef were new to the restaurant. My nephew is a chef so young to me is a good thing ,new ideas and creations. There was many options on the "lunch" side of the buffet. All of the food was cooked to perfection, The only recommendation for the future was to have the omelette station separate from the buffet because there was a continual long line. Otherwise I would recommend this place and also I would like to return for dinner. there is ample off street private parking and the restaurant easily can accomodate a large group. Give it a try, you will not be dissappointed."

"We went on a whim twice now and didn't have reservations so we were seated in the bar area. Still full service but a little louder and not as much ambiance. Still, we had a decent dinner, cooked perfectly well, the dishes aren't overly salty or greasy, there wasn't too much of anything. Good sized dishes without being overwhelming. Food is consistent and tastes the way it should: fresh (you could tell corners aren't cut!) and delicious. We had attentive service and enjoyed our dinner. Or only issue is the bar area window is a bit of a tight squeeze for two tables and we are small people. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and will be back. Especially for the delicious roasted peppers."

"I had made reservations for two people, and at the last minute the staff was able to accomodate an addition of two people to our party. The crabcakes were excellent, and everyone seemed pleased with the food and service. We will come back and suggest it to others."

"the brunch was nicely laid out. should've had some mimosas, though. the room was nice, quiet, frank sinatra playing overhead, which my son enjoyed. the waiters and staff were very courteous and eager to please. I would definitely recommend and return."

"Food was great, we booked Easter brunch for 10 am. Was surprised that the place was not packed, because the service and food was great.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and made you feel right at home. The breakfast selection was good with omlets made to order. Tried the lunch fare and was equally impressed. The mini crab cakes were a definite hit. Desserts were plentiful and the bread pudding with Carmel syrup was the perfect ending to an awesome meal!"

"My husband and I had dinner at this retaurant on March 24,2013 to celebrate my birhday. Well, the food,ambiance and service was outstanding! I haven't tasted good italian food like this since my mom passed away 4yrs ago! I would reccomend this retaurant to anybody who loves italaian food! "Big advantage that the owners have the tap room next door, they should do more to promote the acccess to the draft beer selection. All in all a good experience. It is not inexpensive, but it is what you expect these days for Italian restaurants in a pleasant setting. It was louder because of St Patricks Day with live music next door. It is good to see someone making use of this commercial space in Morton, we are glad we tried it."
