"We selected this place for a nice evening to celebrate our anniversary. We traveled in from Charleston and did not know until we arrived that this restaurant was inside the hotel, to our surprise. Overall, the environment was very loud and busy. The outside dining area was full of young adults who were in bathing suits and drinking, the place was packed. Next to us, was a table of older adults who were intoxicated, very loud and obnoxious. The food was excellent, beyond expectations. You can plan on 75.00 to 100.00 for a couple to eat. Again the food was great. I would have preferred a more quiet and romantic environment, but overall I was happy with the experience."

"What a disappointment! Think about the restaurant at a Holiday Inn and you begin to get the idea. First, it's in a second class beach hotel. Second, the view you see on their web site is actually over a patio/bar area so filled with people running about in beach wear that you cannot see the ocean. Finally, the food is mediocre at best even though the prices aren't. The paella served was just yellow rice with a bit of seafood. The grouper on a bed of sautéed greens was so-so but the greens (collards) were tasteless & had not been destemed & literally could not be cut with a knife. The wine list was limited as well. I regret we went there particularly since Charleston has so many excellent places to eat."

"love the view..food was good...but the fact that there is no parking if the hotel is full is a problem. will not plan dinner there on week ends or holidays."

"Good food and service. The pricing seemed a tad high, but you are dining on the beach. What bothered our guests and us was with only five dining, Blu found it necessary to stick on a 20% group gratuity on our bill. While our guests and I were planning to tip at least 20%, we felt it a bit pushy on Blu's part with only five in the party.
View of the ocean was great and we would like to get an outside table the next time we eat there."

"What a wonderful find on FOllY Beach!
Great food, great atmosphere. Service was also very good.
If they would turn down the volume when they show outdoor movies so others can still eat and talk, it would be awesome.
We had dinner there three times o in our one week visit. Twice on the deck outside and appreciated the kid and dog-friendly environment. The night of the MOVIE was too loud, so we moved inside.
Great food each visit, great martinis, sweet attention paid to the babies, good service."

"The food was great, the server was a little off. The dining room was WAY too bright, the server didn't offer us cocktails, was a little slow to get to us. The food was excellent. The server bragged about all the locally sourced products, but I'm not sure where local produce would have been sourced in early April. I guess it is possible though. In general not a bad experience, the food was all good, but overall the experience was average or less."
