"Our waiter was a trainee. He should have been shadowed by someone who did not have to take care of their own section of tables. We asked for specific changes to our food, they said they could do it, NOT A PROBLEM. They did not..... One of the meals were chicken franchise and it was so lemony and sour I don't know how it was eaten?!? By the time our meals were done he got his side of pasta. Mind you it was whole wheat pasta (he HATES whole wheat pasta). We were not going to have them re-make it !! There are better places for Italian food!"

"Once again we had a wonderful dining experience here. We sat outside and had a light supper and some wine which is just what we were in the mood for. We had the cold seafood salad which was delicious and big enough for several to share. We followed this by the daily special flatbread and finished with a yummy chocolate dessert. Of course, the chianti topped off the meal. What could be bad!!"

"Jaime has outdone herself - again. She has remodeled her restaurant, focusing on new seating, artwork, and color scheme. Wait staff are invigorated by a new crew, adding attentive men to a shakeup of (new) female servers. The menu has undergone a refresh as well as wine list, all reflecting Jaime's unique style. The paella special should not be missed, as well as the antipasti appetizer, a small sufficient for a table of four. The portions are large and tasty, be patient, all are prepared to order. Desserts are incredibly tasty. It's tight seating inside, you won't be disappointed by the food. JOHN is one of the new servers, he is poised, attentive, and squeaky clean eye candy..."

"We enjoyed the food a lot. Only thing I would caution is that if you make your reservation on Open Table you may end up with a table outside. They called me the day of to tell me this, fortunately it was ok with the people that we were dining with, otherwise we would have been stuck."

"I made reservation on weds for a saturday seating at 7 On Saturday they called and asked if i mind sitting outside I said no problem I got there and they seated the 3 of us at a high top that was tilted I said this was unacceptable and the hostess said that was all they had although there were 2 tables open inside at the time and 1 outside Besides the rude hostess the experience was very good If i remeber the waiters name right, Malcom, was excellent and food outstanding"

"Once again we had a wonderful evening at LaStella. We usually bring friends who have not eaten here and they go away eager to return. The service is helpful and caring but not invasive. The menu has grown since our first time here. I would recommend whatever appeals to you that night. Everything comes out piping hot and delicious."

"We were four and love to eat. The food was plentiful - much was packed and taken home.

The dishes were very nicely flavored with some extra spicy dishes that were a welcome change of bland food served at other places.

We would all go back.

They are not going to accept AMEX cards at all in the near future - so patrons be sure to have alternative cards"

"Not good. Tables are jammed in much too close together. The service was extremely slow. We waited a full hour for our meal after we finished our appetizers. Food was just ok definitely not worth the wait, we will not be back nor recommend to others."

"My wife and I both had a miserable time last Saturday night. I thought my 'confirmed reservation' would guarantee us a table inside the restaurant on an unseasonably cold night. We were met by a hostess at 6:45pm who informed us that we were seated 'outside' nowhere near the heated towers. We were not given an option to sit at a table closer to the heated towers even after explaining to the hostess that no one else was in the restaurant at the time. This was supposed to be a special night that was ruined...the only explanation that we received was "sorry but we can't control the weather"... I never intended on sitting 'outside' , although the hostess had every intention on sitting us outside to make up for the fact that"

"The food was great, but the reason we WILL return is our server Jerrome. He was kind, funny, attentive and really wanted us to enjoy ourselves. He made us feel welcome in a sincere way, not in a over-the-top cheerleader way that you see in cheap chain restaurants. He was classy and ontop of everything. Our drink glasses were always topped off, bread basket never went bare, and he kept his eye on us. My wife and I are foodies, we do our best to try a new restaurant as often as we can, and we are confident that having staff like Jerrome, along with great food, is what will keep La Stella's great.
