"My husband and I normally love the food here, however the brunch was just okay. I felt the brunch/ breakfast items were limited in selection. Everyone liked the food okay but was not wowed by it. I also thought the portions were a little skimpy. I'm not a big eater and I had room after my slice of quiche and handful of greens. I'll continue to come to piatti but will not return for brunch."

"We love Piatti. The food is really delicious and beautifully presented. We love the energy of the dining room and have had dinner at the bar where all the action is. It is relatively small, and usually full. I have dietary restrictions and they are always willing to adjust the meals. They have a great gluten free menu. We particularly like their chopped salad as a great way to set us up for an outstanding filet, yum yum. I asked for some fresh fruit for dessert and it came to me apparently prepared by the exec. chef in a gorgeous presentation, even though it wasn't on the menu. From someone who is often limited in selection options, I really appreciate the extra care. By the way, the tiramisu eaten by my husband is one of the best around."

"We brought a friend to the restaurant, we had not seen each other in quite a while so we wanted to talk and catch up. The place was quite noisy for 1:30 timeframe. They were busy which is good for the business. The food was excellent and our server was one of the best I have seen in a long time. His name was Tyler and he gave us great recommendations on the Snapper dish which was prepared perfectly. We will be back but will ask for a table outside as we found out from the hostess as we were leaving these are much more quiet."

"For the prices, the food was not as refined as it should have been. Salmon with 3 spears of asparagus and few potatoes was not exciting or worth the price. My husband liked his flank steak as it had some flavor. Salads were good. Ahi was boring - not worth the price. Should have been fantastic but while above the avearge, I am only able to give it a good rating based on the value."

"I arrived an hour early for my reservation, and had requested a quiet table for a business meeting and slide review. My reservation was for 1pm, so the targeted table was in use by another guest, understandably. The staff was gracious, setting me in the bar to work, and making multiple options available to me, including waiting for the original table. During the meal, the servers were polite and unobtrusive. Excellent place for a business lunch."

"We enjoyed Sunday brunch. The selections are always nice. They bring a lovely selection of sweet breads, muffins and biscuits. The service is good and the servers are very courteous. The atmosphere is relaxing there is a pretty patio when the weather allows or the fireplace when it's nice. We like their Bloody Mary's, the eggs Benedict are offered in several delicious versions-all very good."

"I decided to take my mom here for a milestone birthday celebration brunch. The hostess called me to ask for my mom's name the morning of and we were given personalized menus. What a nice touch! We were quickly sat at a table right next to the fire place which mom loved especially since it was a chilly morning. The server brought out a plate of mini-breakfast pastries. I also asked for the famous bread and dipping sauce which they warmed up for us without hesitating. Started with the mussels which were cooked in a sausage, tomato, garlic sauce which we sopped up. Prawn Pasta for mom and crab cake Benedict for me. Both great choices. The service was awesome and we might be making a return visit before mom heads home."

"All around great food and service. My wife loves the Salmon and I enjoy the Taglietti with sausage in the lemon broth. Kids love the pasta but not the pizza. Fun to make at the table but not very tasty once baked. We eat here once a week. It has become our family restaurant."

"I did not indicate when I booked my reservation, that my husband would be more comfortable in a booth. My husband is disabled.
The hostess said that she didn't have a booth, but she would indicate that we would prefer a booth for our next visit. We were then seated, and to our delight a booth became available and we were able to move!
It was my birthday, and I really enjoyed having my name on the menu and also the delicious dessert with a lit candle.
The only negative, is the noise level in the restaurant.....it is more than energetic."

They have a gluten free menu which is much appreciated. I would reccommend they find or make and serve some delicious gluten free rolls or bread to serve so glutenfree'ers are not left out when theybring their delicious dipping sauce.
The risotto on the fspecial farm menu loaded w vegetables was fabulous. So was the jalapena martini...ask them to leave out the sweet part of it for a delicious and savory cocktail."

"We enjoyed our dinner on a weeknight and the hostess was able to seat us right away - even though we were early. The restaurant is always busy. The noise level is extremely high and conversation was a little difficult. It might have been our table location - right by the open kitchen and in the main walkway for the wait staff. Our server did not rush us despite how busy he was. Overall, a very nice experience for our out of town guest. We really like the option of ordering smaller plates. Thank you."

"Dinner at Piatti was fabulous! From the custom menu that did for my husband's birthday, the fabulous wine they suggested, scrumptious food, and the beautiful outdoor dining...such a wonderful night! When you eat on the outdoor patio, you feel like you are on vacation somewhere beautiful and serene, not like it is a Wednesday night in the middle of a hectic week! Sarah took such good care of us, she picked a wonderful Pinot Noir to go with our dinner...I am usually a Syrah or Zin girl...the Pinot was to die for! Everyone went above and beyond to make our night special. The only tiny disappointment was finding out they no longer make the White Chocolate Bread Pudding, which has been my husband's favorite for years!"

"I order the Salmon hash and what a disapointment!!! For $14. it was mostly a pile of potatoes, 2 poached egges with very little salmon and a heavy, although yummy sauce. To me it just seemed like it was just kinda of thrown together from leftovers, mostly potatoes."

"We remain big fans about Piatti's. While a "chain" it has never felt like it ever and we have been going there for years. Food, service, and ambiance are so very consistent. You can't go wrong with making Piatti's a frequent choice for lunch or dinner. Piatti's is one of our favorites for a end of week Friday evening dinners or Saturdays for that special date either as a couple or with a group of friends."

"We eat at Piattis at least once a week, but usually in the bar. My son was home from college so we ate in the dining room with our favorite waiter, Robert. I had the meatloaf, which was the best I've ever had. College kid had the lemon pasta (handmade) and he thought it was wonderful. Delicious cocktails. I especially like the Ruby Red Cosmo, that has just the right amount of tartness. Service is always top notch. You know when a restaurant is always busy, they are doing something right."

"I love the energy in Piatti. It's easy to see that everyone is enjoying their time here. The local food used in the daily specials is always so fresh and delicious. The chef combines very interesting ingredients, some very familiar and some new to me. I had the special Little Boy Gems salad and the Guitar String Pasta with Prawns, which was light and very tasty.
All in all it is a very positive experience when dining at Piatti."

"We go to Piatti's frequently, and bring my mother. She loves the Lemon Raviolis. We have had birthday parities, wedding dinners, etc. there.
We came last Sunday, and had 5:45 p.m. reservations. We did not get our meal till 7:00 p.m!
Do not know what went wrong, but it was a very long wait. We noticed those around us got their meals before us, even though they had been seated after us. We are wondering if the waiter forgot to put in the order? We will come again, but hope this does not happen again."

"We enjoy coming to Piatti but the noise level in the restaurant (since there are families with children and energetic large groups) makes it so difficult to even talk to my dinner partner. He couldn't hear me over the noise from a table that had small children whose parents didn't seem to care that one of the little boys was sitting and just yelling! I figure they just don't hear it since he must be that way all the time. When my children were small, either we went to kid friendly restaurants or made special of the time we ate in a restaurant without the kids. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want a nice, quiet dinner! We'll be back, though, regardless, as we enjoy the food there and hopefully, next time, we'll sit outside!"

"I selected a shrimp and pasta dish but the shrimp were very over cooked not succulent at all. If I go back I would not have any shrimp perhaps chicken,fish or red meat would be a better choice to try."

Service was slow...even tho we had reservations

"I love Piatti. I made a reservation on opentable and the manager called me the next day to let me know how he was going to made it special for my fiancé's birthday.
The service was outstanding from the hostesses to the servers. It was warm, friendly, and timely without being pushy. The menu had a great variety of food choices to satisfy any appetite without being over-the-top. Their drink and wine list was also good.
I would recommend Piatti to anyone for an outdoor lunch or a romantic dinner in the evening. This is one of our favorites!"

"I was a party of two. I was seated first, my party didn't arrived until 13 minutes later. During that time my waiter never came to my table to knowledge me, especially me being a woman alone waiting for her party to arrive. After my party was seated he came by to ask for our drink order. I had requested a tasting between two wines, he took my request then went to another table and chatted with them for 7 minutes. This left me feeling not great about my dining enjoyment. I didn't come to spend my money for bad service.
After he took our order our evening got better, food arrived, his service got attentive.
If not for the bad service at the beginning I would had a four stars enjoyment."
