"Although I knew this was not a high end restaurant, I expected a little more ambiance and a higher standard of service because of the Emeril name. I'm Not saying it wasn't good, but on par with the typical chain restaurants as far as the service and environment. The food was better quality than a chain and not too expensive, but nothing nothing spectacular.
I recently dined at an Italian restaurant on the Disney fantasy cruise ship and I guess that I expected this would measure up to it, but The service and antipasti were not in the same league.
If you are at the casino and hungry then it's an option; Otherwise I wouldn't go thru the hassle of parking and walking thru casino just to eat there."

"I attended dinner with two friends. We expected a wonderful ambiance and food because of the "Emeril" brand, but were disappointed. Upon entering the restaurant, there was an unpleasant odor, similar to the odor of dirty water that had been sitting somewhere for a while. The menu had very few selections for a vegetarian. The food came in large quantities, but the quality of the food was very average. The deserts were "ok". I think we expected much more since it is an Emeril restaurant. The wait staff were friendly and the service was good."

"The food was more "Northern Italy" style. The side portions could have been larger. The bread was delicious and the soups are very good. The cream sauces, Kenneth Square and Francaise were good and the beshemel sauce on the lasagna was great."

"Dinner with my family - food was delicious! Waitress made great recommendations and we all had different entrees. Our celebration (birthday & graduation) was capped off by our waitress bringing over 2 complementary ice creams with candles - that wasn't asked for - very nice touch. Thanks for a great dinner!"

"Food is usually good here.Service and waitress's have always been a problem.
Wife had Chicken Picatta which was very good.I had the Lasagna which also was very good.Wine is good but Small pour is not.
For once in three trips we finally had a waiter that was really very good at his job.Pleasant,no wait on water or Bread and water refills and more Bread without waiting.

"we had book are dinner for 6 30 the table was open on time great staff . one down side at the end of are dinner we had some liftover in a bag they put the good in the box upsidedown so the oil and all came right out and all over me as we walk to my car."

"Been to this restaurant many times and the food and service are consistently good. The only problem we've had is that on two occasions the item ordered was not available but we were not apprised of the situation until the order had been in for quite a while. On one occasion it made a fairly big difference due to the customer's dietary needs, and the order would have been changed if we were notified sooner--substitution changed the whole meals. Both were early time slots, so it had to be a failure in ordering enough food to match demand. Good wine selection."

"First time I have eaten there. I enjoyed myself very much. I couldn't decide on what to eat and only ended up getting the Quattro Formaggi pizza. Loved it. My cousin who I dined with had the Shrimp in Pesto I believe. I do not enjoy seafood but she said I had to try the Pesto and I couldn't believe how delicious it was. If they offered it on another protein dish I would have been all over that. I also enjoyed my first Presseco! Where has that been all my life :) Great experience overall. Thank You"

"This was a great experience, when we arrived they wished us a Happy Anniversary as did the waitress...I thought that was very nice. At the end of our meal they brought a desert to us with Happy Anniversary written on the plate in chocolate.

"I did not expect much from this restaurant as Emeril is not known for Italian cooking and the restaurant met my expectations. The menu was not original or inventive with the cuisine. The potatoes that were served with my dish were over seasoned to the point of almost being inedible. One person in our group ordered pizza which did not arrive with our meal. The server bringing the food did not seem to care that she had two plates for three guests. Our waitress made it over to the table after 5 minutes to check on us and then realized the pizza was not there. If you want to eat at Olive Garden+ with a less diverse menu you will not be disappointed."

It was most enjoyable--best Mother's Day ever--especially since we went the night before Mother's Day and avoided the crowds!!!"

"for some reason - our reservation was not in their system - I had my confirmation printed out - they honored it - and as they had room
this was a 30 th wedding anniversary celebration and the food was delicious
my wife had the veal piccata and the veal was very tender
I had the spaghetti and the portion was enormous
the waiter wasn't listening though- I asked for seltzer with no ice and it came with ice
good time though"

"Food is always fantastic, and waiters/waitresses are always awesome and on the ball. Just had on slight blip, we asked if we could be seated 15 minutes earlier than our reservation and the hostess explained they needed to make sure all earlier reservations were seated first, when we were finally seated more than half the restaurant was empty so that aggravated us a little. Aside from this I would definitely go back."

"Went to Emeril's Italian restaurant for a dinner with just the wife. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. Our server was attentive, and was available whenever we had a request. We were not rushed, and felt like we could have stayed at the table all night if we wanted. The dress was casual, but the food was definitely upscale. We enjoyed the food for each course, but were unfortunately too full to try any dessert. We will be back to eat there again."

"I am very appreciative of the complimentary lunch provided for my wife and I. It was enjoyable, and the food was very good. My only comment for improvement is that you should expand this special menu. Thank goodness for the rigatoni, because there was not one other item on the menu that I would have eaten! You need to possibly let people order from the regular menu, but put a price cap on the items available OR just provide a slightly smaller portion. Neither of us had dessert because of the limited choice.
I am not complaining, because what we had was good, and the service was great....just trying to suggest a broader choice of items.

"Our reservation was for 5:00 pm; apparently a time of shift change. We were seated and waited 10 minutes before anyone approached us. The young lady we had apologized and was attentive, but since we brought guests for their 1st time, it wasn't a very good impression. The food was good generally but my husband said he has had a better salmon dinner for the money.
I would order the soup and chopped salad again without hesitation. My husband did agree he would return since our previous visits were very good. (Our previous visit, I enjoyed the pork chop entree and he was happy with his pizza. Our friend enjoyed the chicken.)

"One of the best parts of our meal was the service. Kim was soft in her tone, did not rush us and was excellent in meeting our needs BEFORE we even had to ask for anything. It was pretty busy that night of a show and Kentucky Derby. Kim was the best . Caesar sald was good, warm bread too. Chicken Saltimbuca was delicious and nice preparation. Porterhose was a little stringy and roasted potatoes were good. Tirumisu was good and orage cheescake was served with bits of penut brittle. It was just ok, not real creamy. Coffe was delicious Thanks to Kim this was a nice meal"

"This was my fourth time dining at EIT and it was great yet again. I couldn't be happier with the meal or the service. The more I come here, the more impressed I am. While dining during peak hours gets a little hectic because you're in a casino, late night or midweek dinners here are perfect. Our waitress, Autumn, was spectacular and anticipated our every need. A must in the Lehigh Valley!"

"The food was absolutely delicious. The bread was warm and very tasty. We all enjoyed the two different types of butter.
Each of us ordered a different meal and had a taste of evryone's and I still had a huge portion left for me to finish. I will go there again without a doubt.

"Our guests visiting from MT were excited to see the Sands Casino and even more thrilled to eat at Emeril's. We were certainly happy with our dinner. The food was excellent and the portions were large. Our waiter was very pleasant and answered our questions about the menu. He did, however, forget our daughter's appetizer and did bring it to the table when we reminded him. Graciously he did not charge us since he brought it to the table after her entre' arrived. .We will recommend this restaurant to our friends & family"
