"Had a 7:30pm reservation for Valentine's Day. Arrived on time and spent 15 minutes waiting at the hostess desk behind one party who was at first ignored and then held their place in line while the staff intermittently talked to them and then wandered off. When they finally moved we got to the hostess and were told that it would be a minimum 45 minute wait. Figuring any other options would be booked we decided to wait but after about 10 more minutes we realized that everyone else waiting in the packed lobby also had reservations and none of them looked very happy. The staff looked very stressed. Not a good vibe at all, so we took our names off the waiting list and left. I realize it's a busy night but they were WAY overbooked. Never again."

"We arrived at 6:50pm for our 7:00pm reservation and were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. We had a seat and waited and people watched. We noticed more than a couple of groups that arrived and checked in after us but were seated before us. After waiting 45 minutes we went to the host stand to inquire about our table. My fiance tried to ask one hostess about the status, but she just looked down and was clearly flustered. The other hostess cut her off and was incredibly rude in stating that everyone has reservations and we just had to wait. We tried to ask another question about the wait time and were cut off by this woman. We decided it was time to leave and never return. Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day for us!"

"On Valentine's Day (granted a busy night anywhere) our reservations on OpenTable were not honored by the ineffectual hostesses. First, we were told to wait 15 min. & that was fine. Obviously they were over booking. Then, after the waiting the allotted time, we were told they "would come & find us" since we drank at a nearby bar table.
Apparently, if you are a regular in your 60s or 70s, you get seated right away.
After watching people come in & get seated, we twice went up for a table & WERE IGNORED. Literally. They listened to us & then walked away without a word.
After FORTY MINUTES, and one more try, we got seated. When I asked why an OpenTable res took 40 minutes, the hostess replied "This isn't my restaurant."

"There were no tables available and about 8 parties ahead of us. We waited about 1/2 hour then went across the street for a hamburger. It was Valentine's Day, so some tolerance for ignoring reservations is reasonable, but they had completely mismanaged and overbooked."

"Arrived for Valentine's Day dinner and found a large number of people waiting. The restaurant had opted to ignore reservations(!) and go off a simple waiting list instead. The hostess was rude and obviously not handling/not trained for the situation (apparently tables weren't freeing up as quickly as expected). We waited for 45 minutes before being seated. Live music was being performed in the bar area, but it is not separated from the dining room and the music was so loud it made conversation difficult. The wait staff was reasonable, timely with drink refills, etc. The food was good, but nothing special. Fine for every day but not special occasions, especially considering the lack of planning/service on the restaurant's part."

"Our meal was great. Especially the butternut squash ravioli!! The best part was the service. Pino was our waiter and he is outstanding!!!! Ask for him if you go to Tuscany. The toughest part of our visit is that the restaurant and bar are in one big room. We were there during happy hour and it was NOISY!! I wish they would separate the dining room."

"We had a fabulous dinner at Tuscany last night. Pino was our server and he did an excellent job. All of our meals were outstanding and we all raved about our dinner. The caesar salad was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I had the short ribs and they were excellent and very flavorful. Pasta with bolognese was incredibly delicious. Great wine by the glass (zinfandel was awesome) and our water glasses were always kept filled by a very attentive lady. The restaurant was crowded but the service was top-notch. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is sensational!"
