"We were a party of six for dinner. Two of us had the branzino fish & it was mediocre at best. The veal milanese was good but my husband said he has had better at other Naples restaurants. Another is our party had lamb chops that he said were very fatty. The pasta we shared was good but not special. We decided that there was no reason to go back. It had been about five years since we had been there & our experience was very disappointing."

My wife's starter was a mixture of whitebait and other items all of which were expected in roughly equal proprtion, although a large amount of whitebait and little of the other items."

"The outside patio area is lovely. The service was good although the waitor suggested the regular salmon plate versus the salmon sandwich which he said was small and fair. When the plate arrived, it was very disappointing. For a $18 lunch, the salmon portion was very small and the grilled vegetables were barely grilled. The friend who ordered the lobster salad, said it was very bland."

"Lovely dining room and outdoor covered patio's right in the heart of naples. Perfect for lunch, when shopping with the girls or a romantic dinner with your sweetheart. "My friends and I had a wonderful Easter dinner. Old Naples is full of great restaurants but I always find myself back at Bice's on special occasions. The restaurant was reasonably busy but we never felt pressured to rush. We all ordered different entrees and couldn't have been more pleased with each. An additional surprise was when we learned they would be honoring our RCC cards which gave us a 10% discount on our checks."

"We have been to Bice in past years and were eager to return, however our experience was most disappointing. The Veal Marsala was quite dry and tasteless and when that was mentioned to our waiter he said he could add a tomato sauce (not an ideal way to improve a dish served with arugula on top.) Each of our four dinners were expensive, our entrees were $40 and $47 dollars, but a poor value. Unlike our past visits to Bice, even the service was lacking."

"The veal Osso bucco is awesome. The wine list is overpriced- other restaurants of the same caliber serve the same wines for a lot less. Our server wasn't very interested in his job. We won't go back for a while, there are other better choices in town for the money"

"Our second try and we won't do it again. Unimaginative food that was overpriced. The advertised Happy Hour not on because of St. Patricks parade earlier in the afternoon, although all other nearby restaurants offered one. The Ahi tuna served in chunks was tough with white strings in the meat, color was pale tan on the outside (not seared), on caponata which overpowered the fish. The planked snapper was okay but had no personality. We used a Groupon and were surprised to see a 20% tip added to our bill for mediocre service. The waiter pushed us to order quickly (without our asking for help) and reccommemded the 2 most expensive dishes on the menu. Many better restaurants abound!"

"We always have looked forward to dining at BICE when visiting Naples. The service we received was outstanding our waiter was attentive and welcoming. We have eaten at BICE before and were disappointed this trip. I had the clams and linguine with a red sauce and it was good not great. My wife had the tuna and was disappointed thought it could have been much better. With all the great dining options available in Naples no need to settle for good."

"Quality of food has gone down. From my watery Campari and Soda to my wife's totally uncooked pasta that had to be sent back (forget al dente, this was rock hard) it was disappointing. A perfectly fried costoletta alla Milanese was then covered in a dressed salad. Guess what that does to a fried and breaded piece of meat?
My daughter's linguine in butter had more butter than you would use for four times as much pasta.
And my wife's branzino was covered in a thick sauce. What's the point of flying fish from Greece if you are going to cover it with gunk?"

"The waiter was excellent, but food took way too long. (Not his fault!) Granted the restaurant was crowded, but it was 7:30 on a Saturday night in season. They should hope it's crowded. Salad was very good. Fish well cooled. Eggplant parm good, not great. Love the location and feel of place. Would definitely try again."

"My family and I have been eating at Bice every time we come to visit in the Naples area. It has been about six years since we found it. We love the food and the waiting staff is very knowledgable, kind, and thoughtful. we enjoy eating outside the most because of the atmosphere and it is usually more quiet out there and we just enjoy being outside in good weather. The food is always superb. I love the pappardelle and caprese salad. We have never eaten at Bice when we did not have a great experience."

"I had a salmon dish which was horrible. When presented, it looked like a plate of pink gruel. There were no vegetables and the risotto was bland and crunchy. It had a slightly flavored white sauce on it which also added to the horrible presentation. The table bread was stale. This dish was not inexpensive either. It was a $24 dinner which was very disappointing.
I would not recommend this restaurant."
