"Got a nice table next to the window with a great view. The only reason we didn't eat in the outdoor section is that it was raining. Our server was great, a real class-act. The food was fantastic and quite different from the typical fare of an "italian" restaurant. If you want spaghetti and meatballs or baked ziti, go somewhere else. If you're adventurous and like rich, bold flavors, give BICE a try."

"I attended BiCE on May 6th with my girlfriend. I had plans to propose at dinner and the staff was more than accommodating, they sat us on the patio like i requested, and very few other tables were seated out there after we arrived which was very much appreciated. Our server Krassimir was very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. He suggested a bottle of wine that we both loved and pointed out appetizers and entrees that were amazing. The food and service was fantastic. Our server was more than willing to take pictures for us and captured our special moment with both pictures and a video that we will treasure for a lifetime. My fiancé and I had a truly great experience and cant wait to return."

"Read the reviews and was a bit worried about the service. Found the service great Kazimir and his team were great. Entire staff very accomodating. Food was interesting and well presented. Not a bad meal for any of us. Tuna tartar was great. Enjoyed the fresh pastas. Wine list was adequate but over priced. Overall a very pleasant experience."

"High expectation since I had dined there 3 years before, and I'm familiar with the same-named Restuarant in London.

What happened to the food? Since when do you serve mayo ( or something like that) with carpaccio ? Spaghetti bolognese was however very good.
Friends osso bucco tasteless with bland risotto ...

Sorry, chef needs to go back to Italy to remind himself of the glories of his cuisine"

"Overall the food was wonderful. My husband had the short rib ravioli which were to die for. I had the paparadelle with rabbit ragu which while better than average was not spectacular.The mussels and the carpaccio were both delicious and the molten lava cake was amazing. The caesar salad though left much to be desired. The dressing was tasteless and watery and the croutons were small and overly crunchy. It's almost as if the salad was dressed when the lettuce was still wet. Very disappointing. The service while polite was VERY slow. We were at the table almost an hour before our drink order was taken. The bread was fantastic!"

"Kind of hard to find resturant once you are at the hotel and staff do not give real clear directions on how to get there.

I made reservations over a week in advance and requested an outside table, yet when we arrived was told that there were none available because everyone asked to sit outside... we waited for a table and once seated waiting for some time before a wait staff came to say that they were behind due to a staff emergency... ONce they came back the server was fairly attentive.

Food was excellent... atmosphere was very romantic once the table of children that were very excited to be at universal had left..."

"Everything was perfect, the hotel is amazing with an outstanding view. I come from Italy, it really seemed to be there and the food was delicious, you know how us Italian are critic regarding our food abroad. It was the best dinner of my life, I would recommend this place to anyone. Great quality with a reasonable price, perfect for a special occasion."

"I ordered the Duck which was ok but not cooked as ordered and the wife who is extremely picky about her steak being done didn't eat much of it because it wasn't cooked how she ordered it. Waiter stated they could have cooked it more , but whats the point. Way overpriced for what you get !"

"Beautiful ambiance started things off well. Food was mixed. Very large portions but this came with large prices. Most items were quite good but I was disappointed in my lamb chop selection. Despite ordering these medium rare, the meat was tough and the knife was dull and could barely cut these. Service seemed to dwindle as the evening progressed. Water glasses remained empty and I felt like our table was being ignored at times. I don't feel that there is value for what you pay for here."

"Have been ar this restaurant in nyc several times and have had great experiences every tine but the experience my wife and i had at this location was second to none. We were sat at our exact reservation time and were greeted by put waiter who was well spoked and verses in the menu and was very accomodationg to every request we made. Qe were not rushed theu our meal and even ended clising the reataurant. The food was amazing and plentiful. Thus restaurant is a kust go to when in orlando !!!!"

"Great NY style italian food. Clearly the best of the Orlando area Italians.
Bice blows away Il Mulino at the Swan. All the food....pasta, seafood, veal is all at a much higher level than the fast food tasting Il Mulino.
Staff is not as familiar with the menu as they should be but they are much more professional than anywhere else.
I will definitely return every time I'm in the area."

"I was definitely not impressed. Once we were seated, we waited (with empty water glasses) 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then shortly after we arrived, a large party (30+) was seated in the main dining room, where they proceeded to be very, very loud. It would seem to me that there should be a separate area for large groups or I should have at least been warned that my table was going to be right next to them. Once our food arrived, it was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend."

"The food was fantastic. My mother had a salad and I had the Risotto. My mom tasted my Risotto and said it was the best thing she'd ever had.
Sitting outside, you're at the mercy of any events being put on by the Hotel. There was some pretty bad music coming from a reception. The outside seating is lovely, otherwise.
We weren't wild about our server. I served for years, and this guy was technically outstanding, but there just wasn't any personality there. He wasn't interested in engaging us in any way, just serving. And some people want that, but we're not those people, and part of being a great server is recognizing when to engage and when to hang back. He never made eye contact with either of us, which I thought was very strange."

"I have mixed feelings about this resteraunt. Overall it was not terrible. Food was good, and the patio seating was nice, expessially since they had live singers singing to the piazza from 5 feet away from us. But when it came to service it was terrible. We went to order 2 appetizers to start and the waiter told us we have to put our entire order in at one time then promptly walked away. Ive never been told that at a resteraunt. Also our drinks only were refilled once and when we finished our bread basket he offered to bring out more, but then never did. Overall the problems we had were with our waiter not the resteraunt but after going to 5 different resteraunts while staying in the park, this was the only one we would not go back to"

"January special clam appetizer (baked clams on half shell)had attached adductor muscles and could not be chewed and caused gagging. January chicken special(corn meal crusted airline chicken stuffed with capers etc.) was dry and inedible. Fresh-made spaghetti with bolognese sauce was sticky, rubbery, and had no flavor. May have simply been an off-nite but was awful for the price of $200.00."
