"Overall it is a nice restaurant but just know before walking in that is what your paying for the food and service can be found the same at any hole in the wall Cajun joint at a third of the cost."

"With reservations, they happily accommodated a party of 10 for Mother's Day brunch with ease. Food was excellent and service was great! Even the children enjoyed it. It's pricey but expected when you dine at a restaurant with this quality of food, service and ambiance. This is exactly what we wanted for Mother's day - to be treated like special guests instead of herded like cattle through a chain restaurant. Will definitely return next time we are in the Woodlands!!!"

"My party was in from Michigan for a business trip to Houston. We had spent alot of time trying to decide between a BBQ type resturant or Cajun. Cajun won, and we were not disapointed with our choice."

"Schilleci's is almost lost among the bigger name Market Street restaurants, but it is truly a wonderful spot. We recently took a party of 10 and had a blast. Our table was ready on time because of a lingering party, but the owners kept us informed and worked hard to getit ready. The service was very good, but on a busy night not quiet excellent. However, the food more than made up for any small problems we encountered. All 10 people loved their meal and each thanked me for the recommendation. We will of course be back."

"I took my wife to Easter Brunch on 3/31/2013. She had the duck and I had the crab cakes benedict. Both were excellent. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the restaurant using one of OpenTable's partners. The flowers were delivered the night before and the owner graciously put them in the refrigerator then had them out on our table when we arrived. The wait staff was similarly excellent."

"This restaurant was just what I needed. Being a new orleans native it was nice to have a little piece of home. Food was excellent and authentic to new orleans. Ambiance was great! Not too quiet but not too loud. Decor was fantastic. Had the feel of an upscale swanky piano bar type. Prices were spot on for the portions. Overall I would reccomend this restaurant for the perfect date or a family outing. The one thing id suggest to the restaurant is to play some jazz music I think that touch would be perfect for this place!"

"The owner is a true New Orleanian, hospitable and genuine. Unfortunately the food is not a good representation of New Orleans. As a native of New Orleans I would never recommend this place to another native. Zapps chips to start, cute idea. We requested french bread which came from Gambinos bakery. Sorry Lidenheimers is the french bread provider of New Orleans. We received four pieces of cold bread straight out the bag. We asked for warm bread and our server said it would be $3. The porterhouse pork ribeye was good; but not a New Orleans specialty. Went in not expecting anything extraordinary and left thinking we should've went to Pappadeauxs."

"The food was just alright nothing over the top. It was close to the Pavilion but I had hoped the food would stand out a little more. The waiter totally forgot us and I really left a much bigger tip than he deserved."

"This was our first time at Schelleci's. we had a great time. Arrived about 10 mins before our reservation and were promptly seat. It's a little tight as far as the closeness of tables. That being said, we had our 15 month old with us and were seated at a corner 4 top with plenty of room. The food and service was excellent. We will definitely go back soon."

"My husband and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary at Schilleci's. We had the quail and duck chef specials. The best we have ever had. The crawfish bisque was the best! We split the best bread pudding we have ever had too! This is the woodlands best kept secret. Cannot wait to go back. We got to meet he owners and they were so nice. Waiter was very helpful picking out a great red. We will be back soon!"

"This is a small place. We would not have taken our 3 children with us. I am sure they are child friendly, but it would not have gone well with the small tables and minimal room to get around.
The food was all very good and it was packed and we were still seated and served in a fair time frame."

"Food was outstanding. Great selection too. Service was great. Tables are a little close together so when a group with 2 young children was seated at the next table it did get a little noisy. Once they left it was fine. Definitely would eat here again."

"With all that the Woodlands area offers in terms of eatery choices, Schellici's continues to be my favorite. Food is consistently excellent. Too many "Cajun" restaurants equate "hot and spicy" with "add more cayenne". Cozy, quiet (for the most part), good waitstaff...and an owner that you'd actually like to have stop by you table."

"all I can say is Best Bread Pudding ever. And the Buffalo mozzarella ravioli with chicken and marinara is fabulous. i hope it finds a spot on the menu permanently. Aside from the waiter being less than enthusiastic, the meal was incredible."

"Being from Louisiana I can be quite picky about my Cajun food, but this place is amazing. The service is prompt and the owner is usually at the front to greet customers upon arrival. The crawfish etoufee is my favorite, spicy and served with a ton a crawfish. The poboys are awesome too, they use authentic Poboy bread from a well known bakery in New Orleans. All in all, would totally recommend checking this place out!"

"We both had the specials. Blackened Salmon and Tuna.
Neither of us could finish half of our meals due to the amount of salt on the fish. Also the crust of the fish was hard from the salt and blackening. We regurly eat blackened Food but have never had an experience like this. We told the waiter and he offered us a dessert. We were stuck paying the 65 dollar bill for un edible fish. Very disapointed."

"This was our first time at Schilleci's. The food was great and the service was amazing. We were surprised by how SMALL this restaurant is and were glad we had a reservation for dinner. Since there are maybe 20 tables, we saw those without reservations waiting a long time. We, however, were ushered right to our table and served immediately. We would definitely return for more crab bisque and fried crawfish! it was soooo good."
