"Went for brunch and the food was very well maintained. Table service was slow surprising for being a buffet. Our drink glasses were left empty for quite some time."

"Once again the old wives' tale that hotel restaurants aren't any good is proven wrong. Food, service, and decor are great for breakfast and lunch (haven't been there for dinner). However, despite the room not being very full, it was rather noisy. Now that the Pump Room is no longer open for lunch this will be my first choice."

"When we made our reservation for pre-holiday lunch at the Drake Bros, we did not realize that we were going to a fixed price buffet. We were quickly swept into the Christmas mood with the parade, carolers, and even Santa. The real star though was the food itself. There was a wide variety of wonderful options. Next year we will plan on going to the Drake Bros for the magnificent buffet rather than falling into it by accident."

"Every aspect of the experience at Drake Brothers met or exceeded expectations. The room, the service and the food are all first class. It is nice to see a landmark institution maintain its high standards and not live on its reputation. We could not have been happier with this choice."

"Drake Bros' at The Drake Hotel is the perfect spot for a pre-holiday lunch with friends. Each of the three of us had different entrees and all of us were very pleased. The chocolate dessert was large enough for each of us to have just enough to feel treated but not guilty. The decorations in the restaurant and the view of shoppers and the lake all add to an incomparable setting."

"Overall I love everything about the Drake except the food. Unfortunately, for the holidays they serve bad restaurant food. There Martini's are great!!"
