Augustino"s restaurant is open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The restaurant menu features a distinctly Italian flair with Certified Angus Beef steaks, fresh seafood and more casual offerings. An extensive wine list is available for dinners to select from to compliment any meal in most any price range.
While elegant, the atmosphere has been designed for the comfort of our guests with intimate booths, two private dinning spaces and an outdoor patio.
The restaurant is adjacent to the stately lounge and convenient to the lobby great room.
Breakfast choices include ala carte dinning or an extensive breakfast buffet. Lunch service also features more casual ala carte selections as welll as a popular weekday pasta bar. Dinner service is all ala carte with daily and season specials.
"We have dined at Augustino's many times. The food is good even if the entrees are a bit expensive. Everything is a la carte and wine by the glass is really high. We love the portobella mushroom appetizer, the martini salad, the salmon, and the pasta. This place could use a bit more ambiance but it isn't bad. Make a reservation. Park by Morris Museum across the traffic circle."

"I like breakfast food, but my boyfriend does not. This was the perfect fit for our delimma. He could order from the lunch menu while I dined from the breakfast buffet. He got the fettuccine Alfredo, which I thought was excellent (of course I snuck a bite.) I grazed on waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and whatnot. All of the staff were very nice and courteous. I felt like it was the perfect date place. We were seated away from the families with potentially noisey children and the table was very cozy."

"We have been dining at this restaurant for a couple of years but this was the first time with the "new" menu. We loved the Portobello Mushroom appetizer, the Martini Salad, and the flourless chocolate torte. My grilled salmon was also very nice and my spouse enjoyed his pasta. The service was great. We wish the restaurant had more booths for two instead of the less comfortable half booths and a bit more ambiance--dimmer lights and music at night."

"Went to Augustino's to celebrate a family birthday. Have been there before and decided to give it a try again. The food was prepared well with steaks coming out as ordered. That said, the quality of beef used appeared to be "choice" at best and little natural flavor. The Martini salad was very nice presentation and has a great taste. The wild mushroom risotto was below average.
The wine list was very limited and considerably smaller than I remember.
The service was superb, attentive and friendly."

"I made a lunch reservation because I was part of a large group attending a conference at the Convention Center. My group of 4 arrived a few minutes early and were seated within a few minutes. We had the option to order off the menu or select the lunch buffet. Two of us ordered off the menu and two of us opted for the buffet. Food came out quickly and was very good. I had the minestrone soup and the Italian Shrimp & Grits. I liked the shrimp & grits but the presentation (bowl) made it difficult to handle the shrimp (to cut off the tail to eat). I had to have Tiramisu for dessert and it was fabulous. The atmosphere was relaxing despite the lunch rush. I would definitely dine here again when coming to Augusta."

"My husband and I both had the ribeye; each cooked to perfection. I had the beet salad and my husband had the calamari: both excellent. The portions are large. It's a sophisticated location, yet the acceptable dress ranges from dressy casual to elegant. The server, Elizabeth, was careful to time the courses so that we were able to enjoy each at our leisure. I ordered a special martini to my taste, not a menu item, and it was perfect. The cost is rather pricey; however, it is wonderful to know that there is a place in town where you can dress up. So many places are too casual for really nice evenings out."

"My husband and I go here for quiet dinners. Most restaurants in town have too much noise, school cafeteria volume groups, birthday whooping, or just loud music which is all fine if you are in a hurry or party mood. After a busy week we seek the peace. Our blood pressure drops at Augustino's."
