Welcome to SAIA - a harmonious experience of the senses in a modish Southeast Asian style. In just one visit you will know why SAIA is more than just dining – it is an experience that inspires the senses.
"My wife and I were visiting Ft. Lauderdale and chose SAIA based on Open Table reviews. We were not disappointed. The sushi and entrees were excellent. The soft shell crab roll and lobster curry were five-star dishes - some of the best food we have eaten anywhere. All the other food was very good, as well. The service was very good but nothing spectacular. The hostess neglected to confirm that we were there, even though we told her we had a reservation and gave her our name, so we got a "no show" email from Open Table. This is a minor quibble. Definitely dine at SAIA if you have the chance (and if you like sushi and well-prepared, Asian-influenced dishes)."

"I frequent this restaurant often. The food is always great but the service is rather hit and miss. This time was a miss. It was not a busy night which is usually when the service is not good. I think the servers lack proper management."

"The food was good it arrived to fast it all arrived in 2-3 min after the first item. The staff was helpful and had great suggestions. The staff could have been more polished but it did not affect anything. Over all a good choice."

"Interesting Asian cocktails. Long list of saki. Impressive and fresh raw and cooked seafood rolls. A nice change to local heavy food scene is this nice Asian menu."

"Our food and drinks were very good, however the service was horrible. Our waiter entertained and talked with one table and one customer at the bar. The problem, everyone else suffered."

"Lovely view, great place to take someone from out of town. Special sushi rolls are too small to be served family style. Baby lamb chops are delicious.. A little pricy for the amount of food."

"When visiting a restaurant, food quality always trumps other considerations. SAIA did not disappoint. The soup was a fish and vegetable course in itself. It was a great flavor sensation. I had a fried tofu entre and my wife had a grilled salmon. Both were excellent.
If we had any issues at all, it was the setting. The room was done in a cold, "industrial," décor. The music was very "edgy." This would have been perfect for say a martini bar, but was out of format for a Japanese dining experience."

"SAIA is a great place to enjoy some very fresh Sushi. Just note that as it says in its name it is a tapas type restaurant, so if you have a huge appetite it can get pricey. SAIA has a great atmosphere and little noise which attributes to your ability to have intimate conversations. Try the shrimp soup it's amazing!"

"Finally, a polished sushi restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale that isn't that South Florida mix of hibachi-thai-shushi. The food is spectacular and the decor is sleek and modern. I recommend the SAIA Rita, the Hamachi Jalapeno, and Rice Cracker Tuna."
