"Very good sushi and not overly priced. Good place for a special occasion. Was 5 minutes late for reservation and they were going to make us wait longer but then sat us right away."

"This place had a really interesting list of sushi rolls, like the Green Hulk and White Tiger. We split 3 rolls between the two of us, it was perfect. Great salads and appetizers, unique wine list and great atmosphere. A little pricey but highly recommend for anyone in the Frisco/ West Plano area."

"Sushi was excellent. Atmosphere was romantic. Wait staff was attentive but not interrupting. I would highly recommend for a casual evening out or a special romantic occasion."

"Okay, I'll admit it...I'm completely addicted to this place! The food, service and ambiance are outstanding! Be sure to try the grilled Scottish salmon, brown butter asparagus, topped with paprika and herb oil. Divine!"

"The 1st time we stumbled upon EDOKO SUSHI we sat at the Sushi Bar and had an EXCELLENT meal! It was FABULOUS. Then, I took my family for our daughter's B-day this last weekend. We were the 1st in the restaurant and were seated in a poor area! What we had ordered 3 weeks earlier did NOT taste as delicious. The sea bass was outstanding, but the Anaconda Roll was inferior compared to 3 weeks earlier! We drove 45 minutes to get to this restaurant as we live quite a distance. Won't be going back!"

"We requested a quiet table and was given a table next to a big table with a big party. The people were very polite and the food was OK. I am from Japan and had the first time in my life to have warm rice and warm eels on sushi."

"Have been to Edoko Sushi many times; don't let the name "sushi" put you off if you don't like sushi because they have so much more. The dry sea scallops with pumpkin puree were AMAZING as was the tomato salad with feta. Love all the bacon wrapped goodies -- asparagus, shrimp, scallops, etc. The tempura dishes are also great, especially the sweet potato. You leave feeling well sated but not stuffed and that you have just eaten a healthy meal. Prices are good too."

"Sushi was some of the best I have ever eaten. Our group was super impressed with everything from the decor to the cocktails to the last bite of dessert. Noise level was a bit high but not terrible. Unsure if you can request a quiet table( we did--not so quiet we were initially seated in the center of the room--ugh! Not quiet or romantic at all!). But over all the service/food was outstanding!"

"Marilyn was awesome!! She made my wife's birthday dinner great! She made really good sugestions for her dinner choice, and really helped out our girls. We have gone there for date nights, and family outings. The atmosphere is great either way."

"First trip to this local spot with out of town guests. Food is good although I would stay away from their Robata Yaki - translated...stuff they cook on a grill near the entrance with dipping sauce. We ordered several of these and were underwhelmed. Overall the rolls and sushi we up to par and we enjoyed the food. What we did not enjoy was constantly hunting down the waiter who seemed more interested in chatting up his female coworkers. The wait staff seems rather young and green which may be a function of the location but none-the-less I expected more. I suggest try it for lunch before you are all in for a blow out dinner."

"Easy location to get to at 121/Tollway. Nice ambiance and cozy bar area with lots of places to relax and chat before dinner. Friendly staff, nice Saki list (try the Wandering Poet), but most of all, absolutely great sushi!"

"Very good sushi. Loved all the rolls we ordered. Service was decent. Several kids in the restaurant who were very loud. Not the restaurants fault though."

"I wanted a sushi restaurant with good atmosphere and good food for a celebration of my daughter's 18 th birthday. It needed to be located in the northern burbs and not too expensive....and not too loud on a Saturday night. Sounds impossible, right? A 6:00 pm reservation at Edoko Sushi filled the bill. Very cool decor and colors. The food was delicious! We ordered the Speechless roll, the Temptation roll, Green Hulk roll, and the Hot Rock (thin slices of tenderloin you cook yourself). All were tasty but the table was split between the Speechless and Temptation roll. Service was good and we'll go back again."

"This was our first time at Edoko Sushi and we loved it. The service was outstanding and we couldn't believe how nice and comfy the restautant furniture was to sit in. We now have new favorite Sushi restuarant."
