"The (used to be 4, now) 3 of us try to meet for lunch once a month. Black Angus is about in between as one home is in Murrieta and the other is Lancaster - 1+ hour drive for each. Our favorite server, Nancy, was there last Saturday and surprised all of us when she remembered specifics about our dining and drinking pleasure as it had been a year or more.. She's great and amazing. I don't think that, in all the many times we have had these long lunches, there has been a time when the food wasn't sizzling hot and perfect. Keep it up and we will continue to return!"

"I have always appreciated the unique arrangement of the restaurant. it is exactly what I want, a calm and enjoyable meal with my family. I don't want to see and hear every narcissist or party animal or the latest sports activities and subsequent drama king reactions. We have stopped going to once "family friendly" restaurants because of the change to a 'sports bar' atmosphere. thank you for not changing. thank you for a kind and courteous staff. thank you for quality food. thank you for not pushing alcoholic beverages. it is worth our 45 minute drive to get to your restaurant ."

"This was the first time I have ever been to the restaurant. I will definitely will go back again! My husband and I wanted a nice quiet and romantic place to be together before he left for his job for a few months. The place was just perfect for what we wanted. "All week I wanted Prime Rib. Finally convinced my kids we needed to go out for dinner. Not that my daughter isn't a good cook, but I thought she deserved a night off and this was my way of making sure she didn't cook and I didn't have to clean out the dishwasher...
Steaks were perfectly cooked, my kids both had the salmon and raved about it. We will be back again, I guarantee it."

"Our server was great, the meal tasty--but there was an almost completely unbearable heat! Truly, truly uncomfortable! The servers were using the menu inserts to fan themselves (as were we), and we could see all ths servers perspiring. I don't think I'd return. When the air doesn't work, those semi-circular, high-backed, polyester-covered booths feel like ovens. Ugh!"

"we had a reservation and arrived a bit early . the restaurant was already packed as it was mother's day. we sat at the bar to wait for our table,and was seated before our drinks were even served! server was very friendly and attentive, the food was great and we were all very happy with our dining experience. we will be back!"

"We hadn't gone to the Black Angus in over 15 yrs. because of inferior food and high price. What a pleasant surprise to find that EVERYTHING has changed, for the better! They have a great selection, from appetizers and sides, to the main dishes. The best part? Everything tasted great! We had the Campfire Feast with grilled artichoke appetizer, caesar salads, garlic mashed potatoes (loaded), and broccoli, and for the entree, Prime Rib. It was all excellent! We'll be going back for sure!"

"I ordered the sirlon and salmon meal. Both the steak and the salmon were overcooked and lacked flavor. I believe this a problem across the franchise. Each of the last few times I have dined at Black Angus I have been disappointed. I remember enjoying very fine meals 10-15 years ago. Now, it is different. It costs more and the quality has gone down."

"We were surprised given the quality of your restaurant and good food, service, you choose to offer the lowest grade of White Zinfandels " Sutter Home" I would think you would want to offer a quality White Zinfandel such as Woodbridge or Beringer. We like to have a good glass of wine with our meals. As much as we enjoyed our service and meal at the San Bernardino Black Angus we will think twice about going there again because our only White Zinfandel option is Sutter Home. Please consider offering a high quality of White Zinfandel in keeping with the high quality of you restaurants."

"We arrived at 6:00p.m. and the Hostess staff was most welcoming. Our waitress was friendly, and attentive. However, after ordering our drinks, her comments of being double seated caused a delay in drinks and appetizers.
We received our dinner order about 7:08, and we had a to hurry our food, due to a ticketed performance which started at 8:00p.m.
Our waitress tried her best to keep our drinks refilled, but do to under staff, she was not able to.
We ordered dessert to go, and let her know we needed something that won't melt, she recommend the mudpie; when we exited our performance we opened up the to go bag to find our mud pie melted. This was our friends birthday, and it was quite disappointing."

"We had a 4 pm reservation and did not get seated until 4:45 pm. I thought the girl at the desk was rude.
Our waitress was very nice but not knowledgeable about the wine and timing of service. We were only half way through with our salads when the entree arrived. I felt rushed."

"Being able to finally make a reservation for a special occasion like Valentine Day was awesome! The restaurant was very crowded and there were quite a few people waiting outside. We saw a few people leave saying they were told the wait would be 3 hours. All of the restaurants in my area are first come, first served so when I got your e-mail saying that you were taking reservations I was very happy. We got there 15 minutes early and were told that we would be seated no more than 15 minutes after our reservation time. We were seated almost exactly 15 minutes after our 7 p.m. time. The wait for our our food was longer but we expected this. My steak was ordered medium rare and it was medium well. I ate it anyways.Didn't want to wait longer."

"We had reservations but because it was Valentine's Day, it took an extra 20 minutes to be seated. After we were seated, the waitress took our order quickly. It did not take long to prepare the food. The server brought our food to us very fast. The food was cooked to order. We were pleased."
