"The sushi & ambiance at Raw are amazing.
We have been to the Raw Sushi Bar at Boyd's and it made us want to come to the restaurant. The menu is fantastic and the special rolls are exceptional. The Arina and Drunken Tiger are delicious!!!"

"This place is "cool" looking. Very modern, clean, cool design. The service was great! We had multiple employees helping us out at some points, not just our assigned waiter/waitress. The sushi was great, although nothing special... The plating was fine, up to par. Drinks were good. Overall I think it's a bit expensive for what you're getting, you're mostly paying for the showiness of the place, the "trend factor""

"drinks and sushi roll specials were fabulous. the waitress was very helpful in giving us her recommendations. atmosphere was fun with enough chatter to drown out personal conversations. We had a great time and are eager to recommend this hot spot....bonus that it is next to a gelato store!"

"Nice place, but pretty pricey for the drinks. Its Center city though, so I guess that's to be expected. We showed up for a 7:30 reservation at 7 and were asked to wait at the bar until 7:30, but the resteraunt was empty. We then had to remind the hostess at 7:40 that we had a 7:30 reservation. She sat us right away, but then reported to Open Table that we no showed. Overall though, the resteraunt was a pleasent experience and we had a nice time."

"Great sushi options that were delicious. Went out to lunch for a special occasion in need of some great sushi and other options for non-sushi eating members of the group. They were as pleased with their meals of stir fry and teriyaki as I was with the great sushi I received. Very low-key at lunch time, quiet atmosphere, but nice. Great outdoor patio option, just a bit too chilly this particular day. Overall, great experience!"

"Finding good sushi is hard. Finding fgood sushi at a reasonable price is harder. But if you check out raw's lunch specials, you get great food at an amazing price. Bento boxes with sushi, rolls, salad, tempura, miso soup, and tartare are around $14! And it tastes as good as your wallet feels paying for it. The outdoor space is a respite from the city with nice bar and a lot of seating. Inside is loud, small, and crowded, so I prefer it for a day time outing rather than after work spot. Drinks are also good, though pricey."

"Visited RAW this weekend to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Some ‘highlights’: 1) name couldn’t be found in the system, despite being called 2 hours prior to to “confirm”. 2) Being asked to wait as there were “no menus”. 3) Waiting 20 minutes at the bar, being summoned to the front desk, being asked my name AGAIN, then being told we would need to wait a little longer. Consequently, losing our seat at the bar. 4) Asking our waiter for a recommendation and him walking away! 5) Being asked to hurry up as there “was a party of 4 waiting to be seated who had already been waiting for 30 minutes". The food was decent (nothing spectacular); however, the whole experience left a sour taste in the mouth."

"We went for lunch. It took a while for our tea to arrive . It wasn't busy enough for a long wait on drinks. Then the hot app arrived before the edamame, which was peculiar. Again, not busy lunch period for me to think they are busy...the rest of the meal was great! We ordered several rolls and asked for it to be put on one plate for us to share."

"service was not very good. We were meeting another couple who ran about 10 minutes late. Although we were present they wouldn't seat us. When our friends arrived within 10 minutes, they had given our table away. We had to wait 1 hour until another table opened up. Most restaurants will give a 15 minute grace period before giving your table away. also, on two occasion our server forgot about our drinks. Bad experience."
