"We arrived at 9:00pm, after the dinner rush, for a quick date night. We were seated in a nice secluded booth and our server arrived promptly. Drinks were ordered and helpful suggestions were made to assist us in choosing our sides. We both opted for the loaded potato soup. We loved it. The appetizer arrived quickly (artichoke) and it was delicious. Our server was attentive and very personable. Most importantly she knew when engage and when to leave us alone (it was date night after all). The food was prepared perfectly and we were happy with our selections. All in all it was a great night with great food. The teriyaki sauce is the best on the planet. I wish they would sell it in bottles to take home."

"THE STEAKS ARE USUALLY VERY GOOD. LEAN, WITHOUT EXCESS FAT AND COOKED CORRECTLY. THE SIDES ARE GREAT AND LOVE THE BREAD! JUST WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER BLACK ANGUS UP HERE IN THE HIGH DESERT AREA SO WE DID NOT NEED TO TRAVEL SO FAR...OFF THE HWY 15 ALOT OFF TRAFFIC GOING TO AND FROM LAS VEGAS SO THE AREA IS VIABLE AND THEY WOULD DO A GOOD BUSINESS HERE!"

"Our dinner weny great. Although our guests were a few minutes late the host offered to seat us right on time. Then the waitress offered to take our drink orders while we waited whichbwas great so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. Food tasted great undortunately our waitress took the order wrong but we made due. Waitress could have been a litrle nicer she was just very monotone."

"The food was okay- my boyfriend's Ribeye steak was good, but my Filet was tasteless and bland. Service was slow-drink/water refills were hard to get ( the manager was walking by asking " how is everything?" So we made him get us water) Prices were good- we got the 2 entrees for $54 special, which included appetizer and dessert so was a pretty good deal."

"we ordered the filet mignon with the campfire meal for two..such a good deal $54 including apps and desert to share..BUT, my filet was ordered medium and I received it medium well, not to mention the quality was awful it was like shoe leather. How is that a filet mignon?! I didn't even eat half of it. The waitress never came by to check or ask how it was until later on (she should have come by right when our food was served). By this time I wasn't in the mood to ask for another steak it was too late and I was over it. The sides we ordered were just room temperature..The artichoke appetizer was good. For the price and the quality of the food I would not return."

"We were welcomed by Robyn when we came in. She was very friendly. We sat in the bar area. Love the new chicken avocado tacos on the bulls eye bar menu and my husband has a new favorite, the filet sliders. Our server recommended them to my husband and he is so glad she did. Our friends loved the tacos also. Will definitely be back for these."

"We were at this location about 3 months ago and were taken into the bar. We went again on the 12th of March and were taken again into the bar with a baby. It was freezing!I was so cold that I couldn't enjoy my dinner. I asked the manager to turn down the air. He told me he was just going to do that. It was fine for a few minutes then became colder than it was before. We were there for my husband's birthday and the bar environment with a baby and freezing temperatures was not enjoyable at all."

"I had an okay experience at Black Angus. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. But i was lucky enough to have a horrible waitress. My fiance and I were able to tell from the begining that our waitress was very rude. I was about to walk out but decided to stay and hope she will get better. I was able to tell she had a fake smile and was only acting nice. Also she brought out our food so fast we were bot able to eat half the bread before our appitizer came out and then not even half way thru our appitizer she brought out our food. We really felt rushed and to be honest I would kind of accept that if the place was busy but it was really dead. We just did not feel welcomed. I would go back but hope I dont get the same service."

"We had a nice dinner with great steaks and great service. The salads were fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the different side dishes such as au gratin potatoes. The fresh broccoli was perfect. The mud pie = big enough to share and very good with a nice coffee flavored ice cream and chocolate sauce!
What I didn't love was the bar---even with a reservation we had to sit in a high top seat in the bar. Would have preferred the dining room. This part was a little disappointing. However, our server was great. I would come here again!"

"Overall, our waitress was great and friendly and very efficient. I hadn't been to Black Angus in a few years because of the lack of consistency with the food. Sometimes you go and steak taste great and then sometimes it isnt'. So I received a coupon and thought, ok, lets give them another try. Once again, I was disappointed. The steak had no flavor what so ever. Even my 9 yr old complained that her steak was tough and tasteless. So I will not be returning again.

"I had a reservation for 7 PM. I got there 5 minutes before and the hostess told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I said, but I have a reservation. Her response was "AND" with a real bad attitude. She did not have to respond like that. She does not need to be working if that's how she treats customers. "the place used to beon my worst list and im not sure what happened but i gave it another shot and i was shocked they did a fantastic job ther service was amazing....food was just as good im very happy to see how this place turned around."

"The food was great and the service was wonderful. We used a coupon for the Camper's Feast, which was reasonable and worth the trip. All of the items tasted great and the wait was short, especially for Valentine's Day. Will definitely be returning."

"I asked for my top sirloin to be well done. I was only able to eat half of it because half of it was pretty rare. I actually took a picture of it but I don't think I can up load it on here."
