"I have loved this restaurant for a long time. Quiet, elegant yet not pompous, And probably the very best filet in Vegas. I tried the halibut this time and it was a dash underseasoned, still flaky and fragrant, I would give it an 8. Always sweet and thoughtful with celebrations. I truly enjoyed. Thank you!"

"I've been to Botero for dessert 10+ times, and their pastry chef is still second-to-none. This was only my second visit for dinner, and it will be my last. I had the ribeye, and it was the WORST cut of meat I have EVER had. The Outback is better, heck, so is the neighborhood bar. Do not waste your money. I honestly have no idea how this place is still open, with competition from the million fabulous steakhouses in Vegas. Steve Wynn should do himself a favor and close this place. The nice room with a view of the pool/nightclub deserves a better tenant. I can't believe Chef Marc LoRusso trained under Michael Mina because he didn't learn a thing. I would have sent the steak back, if rude server Athena had bothered to check on us."

"Pro: Beautiful upscale space, we sat by a window overlooking the pool.
Con: The food. My filet mignon and my husband's NY strip steak were neither tender nor flavorful. When I spend $50 for a steak, I expect something great - it was not even good. Service was barely average and our server didn't ask how everything was (I guess she had already heard bad things). The Wynn hotels have an excellent reputation and we expected the same from the restaurant; however we were very disappointed with the low quality meals.
There are many other great restaurants in Vegas - I would never return to Botero nor recommend it to others."

"The food was wonderful and memorable for sure. Unfortunately, the house music was so loud that our party of four could not hear anything the waiter said to us. This includes his information on the daily specials. Addditionally, we could barely talk to each other as the music drowned out all conversation."

"All around a very good restaurant. Wagyu beef and Maine lobster was a delicious combination and very good, but sadly the lobster was over cooked. Seating layout is well planned and creates a good flow for guests. Our server team seemed to have too many tables and the waitress and busboy often left gaps in the service - at a restaurant with $115 entrees it's disappointing that twice we had to "flag down" a hostess because we needed something and there was not waitstaff available to assist us."

"The waitress had multiple tables seated at one time and apparently too many tables assigned to her. I don't think she was very good on top of that. The tables that had the 6-8 people got the greater attention, whereas our table of 2 suffered. At the end of the night complaint to management fell on deaf ears. There was a perceived arrogance that because they were a steakhouse in the encore they really didnt care what people thought as they would always be in high demand. Steve Wynn would be emabarrassed by this level of service."

"As my colleague who paid our tab exclaimed, "oh my god, I've never paid for such an expensive business dinner!" And really, two of the three of us had a cocktail and then a bottle of wine - at the lower end of the price spectrum. The steaks were enormous; nothing needs to be that big.
It was convenient, but it wasn't special."

"I think Botero is the best Steakhouse in Vegas. Great food, service, and location. We ate on the patio and it was very peaceful. The only downside was that someone delivering food spilled a glass of wine and it was replaced with house wine which was a bit of a downgrade.
The Mac & Cheese is so good that we debated having it again for desert."

"All in all very good experience at the Botero. Beautiful place and decor. Chairs are very comfortable. Service was outstanding, as our waiter and his staff were hovering around all night to see how they could serve us.
My only complaint would be the bone in Ribeye I ordered. Taste was fantastic and very tender, however too much of the fatty part not meat (dont know the name)

"Objectively speaking, the food was quite good, but when you compare it to other restaurants in its price point, it was only mediocre. Supposedly a steakhouse, but all of the steaks in our party were overdone, and the sauces and sides were underwhelming. The sommelier recommended a $350 wine that bore a distinct smell of ... cow manure. (We really don't have off-the-beaten-path taste - we've all wine-tasted extensively and purchased our fair share of cases and $300 bottles, but this one was truly ... unique.) It wasn't awful in taste, but certainly not worth a recommendation. But the meat quality was good, the service was attentive, and the decor is AWESOME! Just order your steak cooked a notch below what you like, and pick your own wine."

"My wife and I came here for my birthday dinner. The staff was very attentive and professional and were always close by when needed. Food was well prepared and drinks were good. We asked to be seated outside and I think this added to the positive experience we had here. The only thing is to expect to pay a higher price to dine, but it's well worth the price for a special occasion. We would come here again for sure."

"We were celebrating our anniversary and we traditionally have Chateaubriand on our anniversary. We have had Chateaubriand many places around the world and this was the most overpriced and chinciest we have ever had. The flavor of the beef was good. The dish was ONLY the beef cut not the traditional service nor any accompaniments that is what made this dish (menu item) VERY OVERPRICED. The restaurant had a beautiful setting and we expected much more from the menu. There are better restaurnats in Las Vegas for the price. There is nothing special about the Chateaubriand but the restaruant is beautiful."

"Had a wonderful dinner here. We all had steak which was perfectly prepared and very tasty. The potato leak gratin was yummy as well. We got the Baked Alaska for desert and it was heavenly, a mini version not a huge slice, it was perfect.
Its a beautiful spot that overlooks the gardens and pool area, very pretty."

"Excellent atmosphere! I loved the Sangria filled with lots of fresh fruit. The food was delicious! The Servers were very gracious and attentive. This was my second time visiting Botero and my husband and I plan to have dinner there every time we visit Las Vegas."

"Botero was a stunning restaurant with a wonderful menu, great food and a great atmosphere. The menu had many varieties of foods, all of which sounded wonderful. Their bread was excellent - enough so that they had to refill our basket 3 times, very unusual for the 6 of us. My only disappointment was that the waiter was preoccupied. Prior to our order arriving, we needed a couple of things - more bread and butter, lemon for our water, drink refills, and he was talking with the host. He would follow the host who was working so they could continue their conversation. I ended up going to the desk to ask for more bread. At the point that we started getting out food and the restaurant was busier, he attended to business."
