"The food and service were exceptional and the staff very accomodating. Someone in our group just wanted a salad with some protein that wanted on the menu and she was served a beautiful hand crafted salad that looked so good I wished I had ordered it. If you are staying at either hotel and want a little out of the way spot that is pretty with good food, I would highly recommend Sinatra's."

"We ate here again recently for a business dinner with a friend from out of town. As always, the service was impeccable, including an outstanding Sommelier who graciously picked a wine from the price range I was comfortable with.
The steak special was perfect, tender and with amazing red wine reduction sauce. I had the veal parmigiana, excellent as always. Try sharing the Franks Spaghetti and Clams as a starter - a house specialty."

"We had read reviews of this restaurant and booked from the UK. We were very disappointed with the whole experience. There wasn't actually much to do with Sinatra throughout the restaurant and the food was not brilliant. The veal was very fatty and tough. We will not visit here again, which is a shame."

"Going to one of the top-notch dining options at Encore at the Wynn you would expect a perfect meal, unfortunately ours was far from it. Two people of the four in our party ordered chicken. It seemed odd to get a grocery store variety boneless chicken breast, dry from over cooking. The fish was fantastic for the third in our party, but my lobster risotto would have been better off without the lobster (making it a perfectly fine mushroom risotto). The lobster was chewy and overcooked. Not what you want for a $46 entree.
Service was exceptional, but it didn't make up for the food. At those prices, should have been better."

"We were seated immediately at a table in a great location! Each and everyone of the servers for our table acknowledged us by name and wished us a happy anniversary.
The food was superb and the service impeccable! Loved the décor and of course the music (Frank's songs of course!)
We travel extensively and have dined at excellent restaurants, we rank Sinatra's in our top 10 for sure.
We have a group of friend's staying at the Encore this summer and have told them they must have dinner here, they won't be disappointed."

"We chose Sinatra because it was the highest rated Italian restaurant we read about & we wanted to enjoy a special meal on our trip. The restaurant is lovely. We declined the sparkling water & ordered 2 glasses of wine. The waiter apparently then thought we were not going to spend enough money and treated us accordingly..
Caprese salad was excellent. Both veal parmesan and chicken parmesan were ordinary. These came with no pasta so our waiter suggested a side dish--extra $$. Neither dish was special--covered with mozzarella & very little sauce. The pasta was about a cup.
For this, we spent $185.00. We're not rubes who've never eaten a meal in a nice restaurant in Vegas. But this meal was extremely overpriced. We won't go back."

"There were 3 of us ladies in our early 30s. We chose Sinatra based on good reviews and its menu. For apps, we ordered the panzanella and the special black truffle risoto. The risoto was wonderful, and the truffles shaved table side were outstanding. The panzanella got mixed reviews. I liked it, but the other 2 diners did not care for it. It was a little light on the shrimp. I ordered the veal Milanese for dinner and was completely disappointed. Basically my plate was a giant piece of fried veal that looked less than appetizing. Honestly, there was simply no wow factor. I am from St. Louis, and any Italian place I eat there blows Sinatra away. All of us thought Encore should be doing much better than Sinatra."

"The ladies I went with are big time Sinatra fans so we thought this would be the perfect place to celebrate a 60th birthday...and for the most part it was. The food was wonderful. The not so great part was the service. It took the server quite a while to take our drink orders and when he did we wondered if he left his personality at home because it sure wasn't with him at the restaurant.
Because the food and drinks were as good as they were I would not hesitate to go back......he certainly is not the only waiter in the joint!!"

I had the braised veal "My Way" which is how Sinatra liked it and boy was he right. It has been a long time since I have had such a tender, flavorful piece of veal prepared so masterfully. My friend said the Rositto which was to die for as it delicately melted in mouth. Next time in Vegas, I am surly going back here"

"Fabulous meal. This was one of my two best meals while in Vegas last week. Got the caprese salad which was great and the pasta filled shells with the herbs&asparagus sauce. Was a little Leary but omg....this will be one of those meals I crave for a long time! My girlfriends and i were all so pleased with everything we ate here. delicioso!!

"The food was exceptional. We had the traditional carpaccio and the tuna carpaccio which were both melt in your mouth appetizers. I think the traditional carapaccio was the best I've ever had, even better than we had in Italy. My husband couldn't stop raving about the Veal Milanese. The lasagna was very good and the ravioli's my brother in law ordered were also amazing. The Raspberry Limoncello Drop was the best cocktail I had during this vacation. Obviously, I can't stop gushing. This restaurant is worth it."

"Had another fabulous meal at a Wynn restaurant. Kudos to all of the restaurants for offering a vegetarian menu that actually has some thought put into it. Everything my father and I tried was delicious. Special thanks to the management for being nice enough to show us around after dinner. It really is a wonderful facility."

"Sinatra restaurant was billed by Steve Wynn as intimate, the restaurant was loud and very noisy on our visit.
Sadly it was filled with large tables of men in the majority, these were obviously attending conventions, to allow large tables in the restaurant takes away all that the restaurant is supposed to be.
It was impossible to hear FRANK, we could hear him sing towards the end of our evening but only just, tables were squeezed in to accommodate these large groups and it really did spoil the atmosphere and the image we had built in our minds with regard to the style of restaurant this had been billed as. I am sure on a quieter evening the experience would have been completely different, I know this is Las Vegas but too loud!!!"

"Great food and fantastic service! I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was melt in your mouth good. Our server was delightful and attentive without hovering. My favorite part of this restaurant, however, was the setting. Our table overlooked a beautiful courtyard and Sinatra was singing softly in the background. Perfect date night!"

"Ok restaurant, food was overprized and the taste was not brilliant.
I ate the scallops with gold yukon potatoes, You get three scallops for 50$.
The taste of the scallops was good but the combination with the potatoes was not good, the potatoes took all the taste away from the scallops.
My girlfriend had the Pollo with gnocchi, that was ok but salty.
Overall I´ll do it better in my kitchen.
Nice atmosphere if You like Sinatra, we do.."
