"The food was wonderful, especially the wonderful desserts. Service was lovely and we had a very nice time. With reservations made a month in advance and a later dinner hour on a Tuesday night it would have been nice to have not been seated right next to the kitchen."

"I thought the food, though generally eye-pleasing, was over-all underwhelming. The Frutti di Mare was nothing special. It was bland and the taste of the sauce submerged the taste of the seafood. When I go out to eat, I do so with the expectation that the chef will produce something different or better than I can. I didn't have that experience at the Crow's Nest. On the other hand, the presentation of the food was quite nice and the place has terrific views and the interior design, especially the high ceilings and appointments are delightful."

"Thank You. As always it is a treat to dine on the 20th floor of the Captain Cook. Your service is excellent and staff are pleasant and don't hover as a rule. I appreciate that.
Your salads are always fresh and the starter was tasty. The Halibut was perfectly cooked but lacked snap or the wow factor for us. We liked the entree but thought it was lacking in overall tastiness part.

"We were celebrating our daughter's graduation. When our guest sent back the osso busso because after one bite he could not eat the rest because the sauce was too rich & ordered a steak instead, he was told that he would have to pay for both- have never had a dissatisfied customer treated this way in an upscale restaurant. He did order the steak & we waited for it to arrive & for him to eat it. Not impressed with this policy wherein, It's apparent that the Crows Nest doesn't care if the customer is satisfied. Will affect our willingness to go back & definitely will tell others."

"The food, of course is very, very good. And it better be considering a normal course for 2 people including a couple glasses of wine was $150. The servers are very good and attentive, however the hostess took forever greeting us and seating us because she was on the phone taking reservations! Honestly, if this is a 5 star restaurant, shouldn't someone else be taking reservations? We had been planning this Birthday dinner for a very long time, and when we arrived, we had to stand in line with 8 other people staring at the hostess during a 5 minute reservation conversation on the phone. It totally dampened the mood and irritated the heck out of everyone!"

"Our evening at Crow's Nest was perfect! The service was fabulous and very professional. Our server paid special attention to detail remembering we said we were celebrating our Anniversary. Our dessert came out with Happy Anniversary written on the plate in chocolate. My husband had the lamb shank and the meat was so tender it fell off the bone. I ordered king crab legs which were precut so that I did not have to do any work to enjoy it. The bread that was brought out in the beginning was fresh and delicious. Finally the dessert was a perfect compliment to a perfect meal. We could not have asked for better service or a more romantic atmosphere with the best view in the city."

"On this evening we were a party of four celebrating our anniversaries. We were greeted, congratulated on the event thanks, and received a card at the table thanks to the note I added while making the reservation on Open Table. Yes, they really read those things! We were a table of red meat eaters; elk, beef and duck. The preparations were as ordered; medium rare, medium and the suggested add on of fois gras enhanced to the entree without overwhelming it. We enjoyed an updated French 75 from the bar, a nice mid range pinot noir from the wine list and table side cafe diablo. Service is prompt and attentive without the impression of being rushed."
