"We hadn't been to Amicci's for a few years but our trip for Mother's Day dinner was as good as I remembered. There were 4 adults and one toddler and we had a room all to ourselves for almost the whole time. The pane rotundo was delicious as always and my Chicken Dolores was great! I do hope they will have a kids menu soon as we had to order a full entree for our 2 year old to get her what she wanted. Regardless, this is a casual kid-friendly environment and we had a great time."

"The caesar salad was good but the lasagna (the Italian sausage lasagna) was quite tasteless and just covered in bland cheese. Just very mediocre Italian food that happens to be cheaper than the rest of Baltimore's Little Italy."

"We celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday evening. We were seated up on the 2nd floor, which was great because our granddaughter was in our group (2 yrs old) Another family with children shared the space, so we were comfortable and didn't have to worry about her talking. The food as always was excellent. We received our food rather quickly and enjoyed the evening with great food and conversation. Had a wonderful time."

"Everything I expected in a Little Italy restaurant except the food. Great atmosphere with very good service, however, the bread was ice cold, the calamari was rubbery, and my Chicken Lorenzo too sweetly caramelized. My wife's Tortellini was quite good so that was encouraging. We will stick to Pasta Plus in Laurel, MD. Dismal area but food that knocks your socks off."

"We ate dinner at Amicci's on a Sat. nite. Parked in Little Italy garage which was reasonably priced. Other nearby restaurants offered valet parking which would have been a nice option had the weather been inclement. It was a casual relaxed dining experience with friendly service. Had to wait about 15 minutes for our table. It is a restaurant priced to entice regular dining and not limit to just the special occasion. As two of the diners in our group were vegetarian, the restaurant's special vegetarian section factored into our choice of this restaurant, originally. Wish there were more pasta choices on the dinner menu."

"We had a group of 8. Since there were no reservations for 8 available, we split into 2 groups of 4. Which, you might expect they would try to accommodate near one another if they had space. Instead they sat us in completely different parts of the restaurant even though there were empty 4 tops right next to our tables. Server had BO and acted annoyed when I asked questions. Food was delicious though and large portions!"

"I love the neighborhood feel of this small, intimate restaurant in the heart of Baltimore's little Italy. There is a bar area with tables as well as a series of small rooms throughout this converted rowhouse. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the chicken/eggplant parmigiana and spaghetti which did not come with enough sauce to suit my husband's tastes. He mentioned it to the server who quickly returned with a bowl of sauce compliments of the kitchen. I ordered the Pepino lasagne made with sausage, spinach, and cheeses baked in a vodka sauce. It was delicious with a bit of a bite to it. The wine selection is adequate and both the wine and food prices are a good value."

"Food was just fantastic. The atmosphere is very casual, but you still know that you're in a classy joint. Cannot say enough good things about it. I booked a reservation for my girlfriend's birthday, and we were both very happy with it. They even brought her a cannoli with a candle in it, and the whole restaurant sang to her. Loved it, and will definitely come back the next time I'm in Baltimore."

"This was our first time visiting here. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was great and so was the service. You must order the "Pane' Rotundo" for an appetizer...it is heavenly!! Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back again!"

"Amicci's is one of my favorite casual Little Italy restaurants. The staff has always been friendly, the atmosphere is casual and not too loud and the food has always been very good. We had a group of 6 on this outing and so there was more talking amongst ourselves than menu reading, so the waitress had to come back several times, and each time she did, she had a smile on her face. The food came out as ordered, everyone enjoyed what they ordered and we all left happy and full. I would recommend Amicci's for anyone wishing a pleasant casual Italian evening out."

"Was a great combination of energy and the sort of privacy I needed to catch-up with an old friend. We could speak normally, without a concern that we were disturbing other guests. There was no hurry to get us out, even though we had finished, paid the bill and were just talking. Thanks for that. Made for a good memory. Food was wonderful."

"Amicci's lived up to its' "very" casual eatery in a very good way. We met friends who were in Baltimore for a quick trip and were very pleased. The server was attentive, upbeat and the right energy level without that overly-friendly, intrusive manner which is a put-off to mature and experienced diners. Comfort food and pasta was all it was cracked up to be-steaming hot bolognese was terrific-all 6 of us really enjoyed our Sunday afternoon lunch/dinner-good time to go. I'd suggest a bit more depth on wine list, but otherwise terrifc."

"I've have chosen Amicci's as my Little Italy destination each trip I've made to the historic neighborhood over the past ten years. I never get a hassle about anything related ti my dining experience and the staff is fantastic.
What most readers would care about reading in this review would have to be the food. Simply put, it the BEST food I have ever eaten in LI ... and its the most reasonably priced. It can't be beat in any way and I can't recommend it more!!"

"After reading reviews about poor service, and noting that many were unhappy about a lack of bread, I decided to let my kids order some garlic bread as an appetizer. Right after that was delivered along with my tomato and mozzarella (yum!), we were magically granted a basket of bread. Go figure! Can't really complain about that. Anyway, the rest of the experience was sort of mixed. I would probably rate the service as B or B+. Not top notch, but perfectly acceptable. With a little more effort, it could really be top notch. Same for the menu and the food... a little more effort and it could really rock! As a "neighborhood gem" type of place, I love it. Casual with great food and a comfortable atmosphere."

"Our main meal came out too quick. We were not even done with our apps and our main courses were being brought to the table. Felt like we were being pushed along. We were done and out the door in less than an hour. On the other hand the food is outstanding!"

"The food here was great! I took my girlfriend here on a Saturday night for our 3 year anniversary and we will definitely be back. We sat upstairs which had a really quiet and homey feel to it. It was a little hot but the fans blowing did help. I inquired about group dining and the management staff was very gracious in answering my questions. The food was delicious and was brought out in a timely manner. Great place to eat with really nice people!"
