"We made reservations for party of six for 10:30 am. When we arrived, they told us our table was ready. It was a tiny circular table that barely fit 5 people. We waited another 25 minutes before being seated at a bigger table. The waiter said there was not a children's menu. Then a few minutes later, he said there is one but didn't know what was on the children's menu. I ordered the brioche French toast, which came with no sauce or syrup. It wasn't until I was done that the waiter brought out maple syrup and butter. My friend ordered the same but they got his order mixed up with eggs benedict. When he got his dish finally, he got a nice berry sauce with it. Service unorganized and chaotic. It would have been nice to be warned beforehand."

"The waitress was so nice. The chicken sandwich with brie and pear was so delicious! I used FourSquare check in and unlocked a special for free ice tea. They were courteous to give us that free ice tea without even checking my phone screen on FourSquare. And because I mentioned about my girlfriend's birthday occasion in the reservation, they gave her free ice cream. Thank you for a wonderful experience and the amazing food."

"This is my second time coming here for Saturday morning breakfast. First time, we came for Sunday brunch. The food was excellent. They have a variety of choices on the breakfast buffet. The bacon and sausages are fantastic. The french toast tasted good. The hash browns was made very well, not burnt. They also had pastry, bread, cereal, and fruits. Also, they will give you two eggs any style. It is fabulous."

"My husband and I dined here Saturday night after having spent a fabulous day at the spa! This restaurant is AMAZING all around. We both had the tomato soup which apparenty is one of their specialities....BEST tomatoe soup we've ever had! I ordered the ribbon pasta bolognese and my husband got the filet mignoon BOTH of which were devine! We topped it all off by having the upside down pineapple cake which came with vanilla ice cream....OMG it was to die for!! I cannot recommend this amazing restaurant enough. Oh and on another side note they serve you a glass of this delicious Italian champagne just because when you first sit down! Can't wait to go back."

"This restaurant is in a pricey, massive, monster resort. I ate five meals there, and there was something wrong with each meal. Their prices aren't too bad, with the exception of a tough, prime rib for which they had no steak knives to cut it with. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly."

"This restaurant is located inside a pricey, massive, monster complex in the Tuscany style. It seemed rather stiff and formal to me.The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. Food prices were fairly moderate, except for the prime rib, served on weekends. It is almost easier to eat there, especially for breakfast. since the Meritage Resort is three miles from Napa. I ate 5 meals there and had a problem with most of them. I have eaten more tasty meals elsewhere."

"This restaurant is inside a massive, monster complex that is pricey to stay in. It has a Tuscany influence, as does the rest of the complex. Every meal I ate there - three breakfasts and 2 dinners had something wrong with each meal. Prices were reasonablle except for the prime rib dinner on weekends which was very over priced."

"Elegant dining room & excellent service. We had well prepared filets, lamb chop & sea bass. Only miss was the sea bass – had to be sent back for being overdone & dry...second time was ok, but still cold in the middle. Prices are reasonable, portions on the moderate side. Only quibble is lack of side dishes - really, only 4 half roasted onions with the chop? Some vegetables on the side would have been nice. Carrot salad was a surprise - it was baby roasted carrots, arranged like a beet salad and arranged on a rectangular platter. Definitely on the skimpy side considering the lack of vegetables & accompaniments on the entrees."

"As far as the food was concerned, this was a cut above most hotel restaurants, and our server Karen was a delight. She was quick, accurate, and extremely friendly and attentive. My only heasitation, and it is a small one, is that it is a hotel restaurant, and it feels like one. It is open, expansive, and rather too brightly lit. It is not a place for an intimate dinner for two. Despite that, I would still recommend it for good, inexpensive dining."

"The staff was lovely, most willing to help in any way they could. Unfortunately, they are not well trained and the experience is not one that I could recommend. Food was right out of canned raviolis."
