"I grew up eating Southern cooking and this is not close. It is weird because I have ordered their take out and enjoyed it. When I came to the restaurant and ordered salmon crouquettes they were mushy. They were not crisp on the outside. My salad was good, but who messes up salad. It was not as good as I expected. I will continue to do my southern cooking at home."
