"My friends and I were very pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service we received from our waiter, David. It was my first experience at Figlio, and I would definitely be back. The noise level in Figlio is much better than some of the other restaurants in the immediate area. The atmosphere and food were great, too."

"We loved dining on the patio and huge screens opened up the interior of the space, too. I enjoyed it more than when I ate inside, which felt a bit crowded. We LOVE the deep fried ravioli app with spicy tomato jam. Yum!"

"The new Figlio is nothing like I remembered the original one to be. The food was only fair and the prices were too high for what we got. It isn't a restaurant I would recommend. It was a disappointment. My husband and I split a pizza and a salad and the cost with three additional wines plus tip was $71.00. A bit high for not even having a main entree."

"I was surprised when I booked my reservation that it was a Mother's Day Buffet. I wasn't looking for a buffet and was a bit disappointment when we arrived. However, I was pleasantly surprised at just how delicious each and every item was. Not only delicious, but also the appropriate temperature (hot items hot, and cold items cold)."

"Since relocating Figlio has been busy every time I've been there, but with good reason. Their standard drinks and typical food items wager no complaints but their specialty cocktails and chef created dishes are all simply fantastic. The cherry bourbon Old Fashioned is phenominal in particular. A must for unique food and drink options while still being casual and fun."

"I had the macaroni and cheese and the caeser salad and both were very good. Their drink selection is also very good. With speciality drinks you never can tell, but these seem to be put together thoughtfully. Great ambience, although in certain areas of the restaurant it can get a little loud. Altogether a great experience though - I missed Figlio when it left Uptown, so great to have it back!"

"Figlio's in St. Louis Park lacked the intimate ambience found at the original location in uptown. The space is occupied by the previous Soprano restaurant. Tables are very close to each other and extremely loud. Despite having a 7 o'clock reservation, the wait was nearly 15 minutes because there was not enough staff to set up. Waiter appeared to pour water but didn't say hello. Then reappeared to take drink orders. He again disappeared for a long time before returning to take orders. Food was overseasoned and salty. A bit of a disappointment after seeing it again for so many years."

Figlio comes close to my favorite Italian restaurant in NY. Wine list was great and reasonable. Our waiter was good fun and attentive.

"The atmosphere at Figlios was great, but the food was marginal. The pizza would have been considered ok but it was burnt, so it fell into the 'not good'; rigatoni dish arrived cold and was sent back - portion size was small for an entre; and Joes eggs were great- but a little pricey at $14 for a bowl of potatoes with a few eggs mixed in. The service was great and the food came out very quick, given we had a party of 8."

However, on line I asked for a quiet corner/location and they stuck my party of five right in the middle of the dining room and it was very loud and difficult to have a business discussion. "Mikey was our waiter and he was fantastic - laughed at all of our jokes, took our picture, etc. Service by him and the other waitstaff was excellent. We had the chicken wings for an appetizer and they and the two sauces are wonderful! I had the tortellini and my friend had the ziti and both were delicious."

"I couldn't give high marks for service because we had 615 reservations and didn't get seated until almost 640. I went for the ravioli which was good but not memorable by any means. It was a little over cooked and soft... tasted like something anyone could make. Also felt the portion was small for the 14 price."

"What do people see in this restaurant? It's noisy and the food is mediocre, at best. I like a restaurant with a good vibe, but this place has more than an "energetic" noise level - it's just loud. We ordered the calamari. It was chewy. My pepperoni pizza had pepperoni that was very thickly cut - maybe 3/8" thick. It wasn't good. This is the second time I've been disappointed at Figlio. I doubt that I'll be going back - there are too many other great restaurants in town."

"This is a very fun restaurant! The drinks were good, food was good and the service was good too. The only disappointment my guests and I had, was that the dessert menu was not what we were hoping for. The one dessert that we really wanted was no longer available, and this was at 5:00pm. Why? Other than that, I wouldn't order the same meal that I had, and I definitely would not order a salad. However, my group of 6 had a wonderful time together at Figlio. I would love to go back and try other entrees."

"GREAT service and some of the best food around! If you haven't tried Figlio yet, do yourself a favor and just do it. The calamari IS the best in town, so don't skip the appetizers."

"Like Figlios for many differant reasons.. However, on this visit the service really was poor. It started out from the beginning, the bread was not served until the meal... Usually the servers can get the food without knowing the right person it goes for, this time they had to ask. When we did ask for bread it was like oh, I can't believe we did that... Really...... Service seems better when they are busy and on weekends.... Don't get me wrong, so happy they are back on the West End of STL. Park, except now owned by Crave.....And yes it is way to noisey to carry a conversation....MSS"

"Trying to do brunch with our kids after church on Easter Sunday was a mistake. It was just too much sitting on a sunny Sunday morning/afternoon. That said, our server Prisilla handled the situation pretty well. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and service was generally smooth and friendly for a busy holiday brunch. Food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, so it was smart that they brought some fruit for the kids to munch on as we waited. The food was hit and miss. My wife's salmon was very fishy (even for salmon), but the polenta and greens were good. The egg on my benedict was overcooked. I am guessing it sat under a heat lamp in the window too long. The tortelinni (sp?) was absolutely delicious."

"The food was just OK for Easter Brunch, nothing spectacular. The waitress was "strange". We'd go back and give it one more try maybe for happy hour or dinner without the kids. We wanted to like it, but something was missing. Sorry Figlio 2.0"

"I had such a nice experience recently as a good friend and I enjoyed happy hour at Figlio's new location and I wanted to support them so I decided to make reservations for Easter for my husband and myself. The ambiance is very nice and the service was wonderful. Although I really enjoyed my meal (Joe's Eggs), my husband found the special holiday menu too limiting."

"This was the first time we were at the new location in West End (been to the Uptown location previously). We had reservations on Saturday at 5:15 during Easter weekend. It was not as busy as a typical weekend and would recommmend reservations.
Figlios always seems popular with the ladies, as there were many mom/daughter combinations. The waiter was okay. We ordered an appetizer and pizza. Both of these we delivered quickly. The food was tasty and would consider it very good overall, although I don't find myself thinking I need to go back right away.
Overall the West End has many very good restaurants and recommned trying this one. We choose this one because of the proximity to the movie theatre and positive experiences in Uptow"
