Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. At Buca, guests delight in our lively atmosphere, enjoy the classic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and admire our décor, including family photos and candid shots of Italian-American icons, such as Sophia Loren and Joe DiMaggio. "We thought this would be a fun place for Mother's Day dinner. My wife just had a baby in March, so we wanted to do something special for our first Mother's Day. What a mistake... We had a reservation for 6:15, but were not seated until 6:40. It took 13 minutes for a waitress to show up at our table. Appetizers arrived approximately 45 minutes after we ordered. Entree arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes after we ordered and it was not the dish we selected! The waitress apologized and offered to take it back, but warned us that it might be another 45 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. When we booked on open table we were promised a gift certificate from the restaurant which turned out to be false. Do not dine here on Mother's Day!"

"Prepare yourself for your visit to Buca; by not eating for a week to 10 days! The volume of food offered is amazing. Family-style dining is a must. The server was very informative and helpful in ordering. So many great possibilities, with "togo" containers at the ready. Only downside (for us): a very annoying group seated next to us making crude and offensive remarks about everyone passing by. Other than that--great visit!"

"Buca di Beppo has NEVER let me down both food wise and service wise. These guys really know how to run a great restaurant. Our waitress was really great! She was very nice and helpful. My girlfriend and I went to Buca to celebrate our 6 month anniversary. I told the waitress it was our 6 month, and she wrote on the wedge of celebration cake "Happy 6 Months" and she brought out a candelabra to make it extra special. The lasagna is always amazing, and the chopped antipasto salad is to die for. There is no other salad like it in this world, lol. I loved Buca this time, and I will most definitely be back again to celebrate the next big thing in my life."

"Extremely fresh salads and good pasta. Although the music is alwaysa bit too loud for my taste, the wait staff is always able to turn downthe volume a bit. I would not recommend dining here during peak hoursas it becomes very loud to the point of frenzy.Over the years the food quality has remained consistently good."

"The on line reservation didn't "take" but they got us seated in five minutes so it worked out fine. We took extra time ordering from the family style menu, and although our server suggested two large sized portions, Diane brought two small sized portions instead, indicating if we didn't thinnnk it would be enough, she would bring more food quickly. The small portions turned out to be enough, since none of us were big meat eaters. The veal was very tasty and the penne with vodka sauce was delicous. We shared a canolli for dessert. The filling was light and sweet. The house wines, both red and white were inexpensive but good. All in all, it was a nice out to dinner."

"Great food, but the day we went, they were horribly understaffed. Apparently there were two managers on vacation, but the fact that we ate for 15 minutes, but we're there for 2 hours was a little outrageous. But again, great food."

"Had a 7:30pm reservation and didn't get seated until after 8:00pm. I understand that it was Valentine's Day and slight delays (maybe 5-10 minutes) are to be expected, but to wait that long was unacceptable. While we were waiting, another couple walked in that had a 7:45pm reservation, and they were seated before us. The reason we were told was because they reserved a specific table. But, when this couple walked in, a waitress immediately recognized them and started talking with them, and they were seated within five minutes. Maybe this was coincidence, maybe not, but perception from an outsider was not good.
The delay in seating also caused us to miss a movie which we had planned to attend as well."

"Family style serving, more then you can eat, so a doggie bag is a must. I've been to 4 different Bucas, and only one (Pittsburgh - Robinson) wasn't up to par. The other 3 were exceptional. I recommend the house Ciao red. Inexpensive (for restaurant wine). The wait staff in the 3 "very good" Bucas, bent over backwards to make sure everything was awesome. I dig the million pictures of famous Italians and statues. They also have some really big booths for big gatherings."

"8pm dinner. Was only a few people left in restaurant, was seated in bar area, which was fine. It was pretty quiet, but the wait staff was attentive. Even though its a chain, the flavors were fine and the portions large, even on the small order. Had the Penne Diavlo, shrimp with spices. Very well done. Huge hosue salad. Two of us ate big, and still had a nice to-go bag."

"We made reservations for six on-line earlier in the day.That evening, our table was ready and we were quickly seated.Our waitress' name was something like Kira or Krista and she was very pleasant.She greeted us warmly and provided our drinks and bread quickly.Her service was excellent as she continued to check on usduring our meal. The food was fantastic and, as usual, we overbought.This enabled us to have delicious leftovers for the next day.The staff came out and sang their Happy Birthday rendition!We had fine dinner with some laughs! Great service!"

"As always, the food was fantastic! Love going to Buca for family events...everyone leaves full & happy! Unfortunately, this time, we left somewhat disappointed. We noted that we were celebrating a 16th Birthday and a Confirmation that visit. Our server made a brief mention of it, but we didn't get the usual "Buca" card, song or anything! Also, once our food was served, we never saw our server again until it was time to deliver the bill. Never asked for a refill, more wine, and no additional mention of being there to celebrate."
