Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. "I made reservations for a 2:45PM seating on Mother's Day. We were seated promptly and out waiter was right there. Drink order went in and once received our food order was taken and shortly after our meal appeared. Perfect timing for everything. As usual food was great. Will be back again. Thank you."

"We made reservations for Mother's Day at 6pm. We arrived just before 6pm and it was packed but we were able to be seated within 10 minutes of arriving. We had a party of 4 and our waitress was very attentive. We ordered chicken parm and the penne san remo. These are our favorite dishes at this restaurant. I always feel that we pay a little too much at this restaurant which is why we only go there on special occasions. We ordered a large chicken parm, large penne san remo, water, 2 sodas and a small Bud Light and with tip it was $85.00. We really enjoy Bucca di Beppo because we know the food is always consistent and absolutely delicious! Even though it is a little pricey for us, when we have the opportunity to splurge, we choose Bucca!"

"Although we made reservations, we were given the worst seat in the restaurant. Walk ins were given better seating. This was a disappointment. We sat near the front door, which was wide open, drafty, and with people constantly walking through.
Service was slow. We were delivered the wrong dish, and it took a while to receive what we ordered. They should have at least offered a free dessert or something to make up for the mistake."

"My daughter reccommended you for our special occcassion dinner. She knows I'm finicky. I would reccomend you to others. The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is I ordered chicken Parm and in all the years and in all the state i've eaten in you are the first that didn't have lingiune accompany the chicken parm. "made an online reservation and were seated right away. We were shocked to have to walk through the kitchen. It made us very uneasy with so many people coming and going.
The rooms and restaurant were very noisy and at times it felt like being at a game, although we were in a room with 8 tables near the kitchen.
The menu is family style and difficult to order what you actually want to eat without having mega portions leftover. The seafood appetizer was very good and shared by all 5 of us. We ordered chicken parm small portion and side of spaghetti marinara and all shared (it was very good) then ordered a large pizza (this was fair at best) we were all very full and had 6 slices of leftover pizza. Then had wonderful very large dessert"

"it was my first time to Buca Di Beppo. My daughter is a college student in the area, and during a visit with her,she suggested we go there for dinner with a few friends. The food was delicious, our waiter knew just how much food we should order (since evertything is family style.) We will definetely be coming back. Also, the online reservations are great, we were seated at the exact time of our reservation. Being in a busy area, most of the restaurants have long waits, but not here, it was great!"

"Rating would have been Outstanding if our server (Ken) did not seem so disinterested in our table. Perhaps it was the $10 off coupon I informed him about before we ordered? Don't worry I tip on the actual cost. Not overly friendly (as we have had before) and we noticed he was that way at the other tables as well. Hint: one of your duties as a waiter is to make customers feel welcome. Also, $18.75 for a pitcher of Peroni Beer is OUTRAGEOUS! Kitchen server who brought out our meals was fantastic, friendly, and courteous. We had to tell him we would like waters with our meal since the server was not to be found. For a Wednesday evening with about half the tables filled, there is no excuse for not checking on customers more frequently."

"We went on Easter Sunday so that could account for some of the issues here.
Our food took nearly 1hr to arrive, after we ordered, which was 15min after we sat down. The restaurant was REALLY noisy. There were only 4 of us and conversation was VERY inhibited. Only 2 people could hear each other at one time, the other 2 were left out.
The food was good, not amazing. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious as was the fettucine alfredo. The chicken (we had 2 kinds) was dry and had a lot of fatty pieces. The dessert was good but was missing an element (it was supposed to be sitting in a pool of sauce, but wasn't.) The portion sizes were great. We got 3 dishes (small - "serves 2-3") plus an app & we brought a lot home!"

The food was quite plentiful and was served at the perfect temperature. The chicken parm was out of this world! The portions were huge - everything we order we had again for dinner last night!"

"Felt that the waiter had an attitude & didn't really want to be working on a holiday. The booth really didn't fit 5 adults comfortably. Ended up requesting a chair to place on the end. The waiter basically ignored us, until part way through our meal. He wasn't even the one to bring our meal nor did he check on us once the meal arrived. He acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked what was the preparation of Italian Broccoli Romano."

We were seated at a round table with a 6 top pushed up along side of it causing 2 people in out party feel like they were not a part of the group. there was a 10 minute wait before our waiter ever came to table to take drink orders. Food was slow coming out, portions were ample and flavor was good. An appetizer 2 entrees,and 3 sides and all but 1 person drank soft drinks bill came to 190.00. A bit expensive considering the quality."

"Excellent food and plenty of choices. Portions were huge.
Our waiter, Kyle, did an excellent job to help us determine how much food we needed for our group because everything is served family style.
We had a group of 6 adults and they didn't rush us.
The only downside is the noise level and the seating. It was a little challenging to have a conversation with a large group. We were seated in a booth and we had 4 adults who are over 6' tall (not heavy) so it was a bit tight.
Overall we were very happy and we'd return. Excellent service and food for a reasonable price."

"I went to dinner on valenties day with my girlfriend and was astonished to see that newly hired waiters were being taught how to serve on that night. I was upset and disappointed to see this because it affected our meal on that special day. The waiter who took our order got everything correct and the food was ready in a timely fashion but the "New Hire" brought our salad out to the table and served it to the table next too ours who just sat down and weren't even served drinks or ordered yet. It then took the kitchen a substantial amount of time to make another salad for our table. I have been to this Buca Restaurant before and was always pleased with the results but this time I left with a poor experience and was highly disappointed."

"Food was great as always but rhe service wasn't the best. We needed 2 highchairs and only got one-my husband had to find a second one. I think they just had too many tables. The server was sweet and nice but spread too thin. I will always fo back to Buca but I hope for better service next time!"

"The prices were quite high as far as the type of restaurant fare/service goes. There were four of us -- and the bill came to $134 plus a tip. The food was good -- but we won't be going back due to the price. There are many other Italian restaurants in the area that are as good or even better -- with a lower price. Sorry."
