Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. "The apple gorgonzola was refreshing and wonderful as always. We had the salmon and the eggplant parmesan, and both were very good. For dessert we had the cannolis. In all, we had more than enough food for the 3 of us and left feeling very satisfied rather than stuffed."

"My girlfriend Marisa and I were planning a trip to Seattle for the weekend to celebrate our 5 months as a couple, her 24th birthday, as well as Easter. The day before our trip I decided to take her to Buca di Beppo in Seattle (after hearing how much my parents loved their experience there)and the reservation process was very easy. We arrived to Buca di Beppo and even though we were early, we were seated right away. The service was fantasic, as well as was the food. We were a little weary at first when we first saw the prices, but once we were told that a small portion serves a family of 2-3, we were very pleased with the prices. We even took some food back to the hotel! We will definitely becoming back when we make another trip into Seattle"

"You are never disappointed after a trip to Buca di Beppo. The food is consistently delicious, the restaurant atmosphere is wonderful with so many great pictures to look at covering all of the walls. The servers are upbeat and really help with the ordering, since it's family style dining.
We have spent either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day there for the past 15 years and we are a party of 10-20 people every year;for an Italian family, that's a huge compliment to them as everyone has their favorite dishes and we all leave very content!
Their pepperoni pizza with chopped pepperoncini's is the BEST!"

"We took my daughter here for her 23rd birthday. The food was good. Our server was OK...she got a bit flustered when a large group was seated in her area and that caused her to be grouchy when we asked for more beverages. She said "I'm really busy now"...which I thought was an odd comment to make to a customer. But, other than that, we had a nice dinner.
The Tiramisu dessert here is marvelous!!!"

"I was tremendously disappointed. No instructions for parking. No valet parking. Only $3 off the $8 charge at a private garage.
Water glasses were inelegantly designed and much too large, very difficult to lift and the waitress kept topping them off maintaining that difficulty.
The worst problem was that the bar ran out of nitrogen and so no draft beer was available. The waitres did not bother mentioning that until,we had already spent a lot a lot of time deliberating. Then when we noticed that at least our favorite Bass Pale ale was on the menu in bottles, we were told that this particular location does not carry Bass. You should NEVER have something on the menu that you have no intention of selling. Really low class. I want to write m"

"I brought a group of reluctant people to this restaurant for a going away dinner. We had a fabulous waiter, although a bit distracted when he got busy, he was good overall. However, the one thing that makes this group reluctant to go to this restaurant is the fact that it becomes distracting and frustrating when every table is having a celebration and it seems as if every 5-10 minutes the staff is yelling out and singing loudly for a birthday. I would give this place a 10 but with the noise level of their celebrations I give it a 7 and unfortunately I don't think I will be able to convince this group to return."

The food was amazing and we will be back. Far from home, but worth the trip.
Will parking get better? Walking by the homeless center is a little weird.

"This was a nice dinner once it started. We had a 5:45 reservation and weren't seated until around 6:30. The place was packed and it was understandable. The manager gave us a free appetizer with our meal because of the wait. The food was fantastic and I look forward to going back again soon, just not on a Saturday night."

I understand that sometimes patrons take longer than expected to depart but it's a pretty small waiting area. Not sure how this could be fixed.

"Sat in the bar.. Christian was just great. Very friendly and helpful. A little area just inside the bar clearly employees think is sound proof. A few talked the whole time, including one girl telling a guy that his jeans were "sexy". It was quite awkward. Other than that, great!!"

"For the most part the food was great. I was a little disappointed in the lasagna, especially from an Italian restaurant. The caesar salad, mozarella garlic bread, and chicken parm were to die for. The pizza was delicious as well as the tiramisu. Would definitely dine there again but would choose different food selections."

"When I read "family size" servings I was concerned there wouldn't be enough food for our little family of four. Boy was I wrong; There was enough spaghetti and meatballs for the Waltons and everyone from Walton's Mountain. Its a double-edged sword. We all ate too much and didn't have room for dessert (which looked yummy and was also served in family sized portions).
The service was spectacular. My only complaint is parking. The nearby public parking lot is poorly marked and looks more like the shop for the dakhati dealership next door. The Mercer Mess hasn't been kind to this little gem making the trip there less than enjoyable. Once inside the stress of the commute slipped away and all was wonderful."

"We have had good experiences with Bucca in the past but the food we ordered was so laced with garlic that it overpowered every other flavor on the plate. Additionally the lasagna was so bland that the garlic in the broccoli and the cheese bread made it a tasteless glob. We had plenty of leftovers, but can't imagine we will eat it. Next time we will go to Machiavelli or even, god forbid, Maggianos."
