Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. "We had a great time! The food was excellent; our waitress was very nice. We were a little surprised that they automatically put an 18% gratuity on a party of 7 (we usually thought it was included on a party of 8 or more). Usually I round up to the nearest dollar (we typically tip between 15-20%), I didn't want to spend time figuring another 2% so we left it at what the put down."

"Took my folks there for mothers day. First time for either one of them. The meal was great and my mother was even talking about the food the next day. The sever we had (Austin) was great, we had a group of 9 with three kids and never went without anything. She was a wonderful addition to our visit. Highly recommend this place to all. If you live in or near Milwaukee its a must. Thanks Bucca's we will be back soon."

"I am a Sophomore at Milwaukee School of Engineering. I have been going to Bucca di Beppo several times a year since I've been at school. The pricing seems high at first but isn't so bad when you realize how it works. As a broke college student, I cannot afford to go very often but more as a treat (getting through the quarter, finals week, birthday, Mother's day). The plates cost around twenty bucks each but I can get 3+ meals out of them and I am a growing young man. The service is always great and it is hard to choose off of the menu. It all sounds great. I would recommend Bucca di Beppo to everyone that likes Italian food."

"Don't know why we bothered with a reservation - we had one for 6:00, as we had tickets to a game.
We did not get seated till 6:30!!!!! The waitress was fantastic - she got our food out in no time, but
we had to take it home as we were so late meeting clients at the game...
They need to seat people when reservation is booked! There was a 2 hour wait and it was a zoo!!!"

"It was a very noisy night at the Buca - the Buca girls were singing at the tables, and everybody was cheering and shouting, celebrating all of their miscellaneous birthdays and corporate occasions. I suppose they had a good time, but what my wife and I had in mind was a quiet wedding anniversary dinner. the anniversary dinner was a lot like the marriage, with all the yelling and commotion - i suppose it was appropriate. I'll go again, some day."

"We walked to Buca from the Pfister, an easy 6 blocks or so. We ate early and had a reservation so there was no wait time. It was a Thursday evening as well...so not crowded or extremely noisy. Food was plenty and tasty. Our only regret--no hotel room refigerator so we couldn't take leftovers with us...and there are plenty!"

We hads ordered the combination...crust was awful...very chewy. also the sausage in rigatoni was one that we didn't care for at all and we all enjoy spicy food.The garlic bread was bland and uninspiring..usually something that gets my tastebuds perked up but left them sound asleep. Your high dishes need some work for high prices you commmand. Will probably not be back for a while."

"Food was great. Had way too much of it. I wish our waitress would have encouraged us to go smaller. They should also show the size the large and small bowls. Holy cow! Also, one of the servers dropped sauce onto a iphone of one of the people in our group. We got an apology, but a comped drink or dessert would have been nice. It was not just a drop either. The whole phone was covered. The phone was fine before we left, but u never know what happens a little while later.
Overall it was a lot of fun! And the place and people were great!"

"This was our second visit to Buca Di Beppo in Milwaukee and once again the food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. We took my sister and her husband out and they are now Buca lovers too. We got the Baked Zitti(coupon 4 for $40), garlic bread, and Caesar salad. If you are looking for great Italian food, great service, and a great experience Buca Di Beppo in Milwaukee is the place for you. We live in Watertown, WI so it is over an hour to drive there, but it is definitely worth it."

"It was my first time there... Monday night not very busy( the reason We picked that night) our server was fine.. nothing spectacular. For only being 3 of us he wasn't very attentive. Understanding bigger tables like to be left alone, usually take their time eating.
The male host was awesome.. One of the cooks came out and spoke to us as well in the front waiting area.
Food came out fairly fast.. Got an end piece of lasagna didn't look to appetizing, tasted fine, needed more sauce..

"Had a very good experience; ambiance, food and service were very good. Be aware there is no seating at the bar if your waiting for a table. Also seems to be a birthday hotspot with children and adult birthday parties going on which includes singing by the wait staff making it a noisy place."

"I made reservation on open table for 7:30, valentine's dinner for me and my girl friend. Arrived 7:15pm. Hostess let me know that they were running about 30mins late for reservations. No problem. Well as time went by, 8:00pm. I checked my phone and open table still taking reservations for 8, 8:30. As my self and many people still waiting to be seated. Finley got seated at 8:30. After dinner, I asked to talk to the manager. Found out that the banquet manager doubled booked two big party's that night. Just disappointed that open table was not up dated that night. It would of been nice to know that Buca's had no open reservation that night. So that I could of planed accordingly. On the positive. Food and service, excellent!!"

"The food at Buca's is always exceptionally good and I've never had a problem with it. For the last few times I have gotten a table I didn't like as much as it is located close to the bar. This very last time, it was so packed in the restaurant and the people at the bar we flooding into the dinning area. People kept bumping into the table and I felt that some space management was needed. Overall I think I just picked a really bad night to go there. But I was not satisfied with my last experience there and unfortunately I do not think I will go again soon."

"Love this place. Been going for years. Whether your going to celebrate a birthday, catching up with friends, or grabbing a quick bite this restaurant has it all. When we were there we celebrated a birthday, however in the same area there was a large "family gathering" and then a group of apprx. 25 teenagers going to what looked like a school dance. The staff worked well, made everyone comfortable, and we all had a great evening. One of my favorite restaurants by far. Food is OUTSTANDING."

"I absolutely love Buca's and to be honest I wasn't impressed with my visit on Valentines day. It first started with where we were seated. Our table was hugging the doorway where many employees and other customers used to get from the dining area into the bar. I was continuously bumped by others with so much traffic moving past our table. All intimacy was lost. I asked to switch to a booth where there wasn't much traffic and the manager on duty had no problem with this. Our waitress didnt seemed pleased with this and the service provided declined. It was easy to tell that she was treating her other tables better than ours after the switch and I was not happy about this. Overall, I was not pleased with my experience on Valentines Day"
