Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. At Buca, guests delight in our lively atmosphere, enjoy the classic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and admire our décor, including family photos and candid shots of Italian-American icons, such as Sophia Loren and Joe DiMaggio. "The food was okay the chicken dishes could had a little more seasonings, garlic and a little more salt food was a little on the bland side. However, the Hostess was very friendly! The waiter who took care of our table I do not recall his name he was a very nice Black Gentleman who was really on top of things he made our visit very pleasant! Oh yea, the calamari was excellent and the stuffed mushrooms!!!"

"It was Mother's Day so I exempt them from lagging service somewhat. They were busy, but not overrun. Drink refills were nonexistent. It took forever to get the bread. The Apple Gorgonzola Salad came out pretty quick and was fabulous. Throw in some chicken and I could have stopped there. There was about a 20 minute lapse between the salad and the pasta though which made for a tough time with a young child as she wasn't eating the salad. Overall Buca is good, large portion food in a fun environment. I would go back. The small portions are enough for 3 or 4 people."

"I've been to Buca on several occasions. But my favorite is when family is in town. This weekend, we're celebrating a baptism and a birthday. Service was fantastic, as well as the food. Our large group didn't affect the service. The service was the same as if I were on a date. No matter the size of my party, I've always get the best service."

"Unfortunately the experience will not be repeated. Every other time I have dined there, the food was great and the ambiance wonderful. However, without exception the food this day Easter Sunday was only fair. The cost was expensive for my two adult sons and myself and they do not wish to return. the food for what we received was not worth it."

"We love Italian food and don't find some of the other more franchised food providers to be that great. The food, presentation, and attentiveness and friendliness of the staff really "sets the table" for a dining experience at Buca di Beppo.
We were able to be seated at the "kitchen table" on two of our three visits to your restaurants and it provides and unique experience. Being provided with the chance to see different entrees presented to us was exceptional.
We had the lasagna and the penne chicken, an appetiser of calamari and also a meatball. The two entrees provided us with a wonderful combination of Italian flavors and the calamari were prepared to perfection (not an easy thing to do). Our server was extrememly attentive"

"Went there for a quiet dinner with my wife and the place was overrun with pre-teens having a birthday party. Felt more like a Chuck E Cheese than a high end Italian Restaurant. Because of the layout of the restaurant their group seating area for the loud group that was there was not really it's own room but in the middle of the dining area which was a distraction to all other areas. Tough to even have conversation."

"Although we had to wait longer than anticipated and this was our first visit..... It was wonderful!! Food was beyond wonderful!! I was so surprised to see how horrible the customers were treating the staff for having to wait past thier reservation. They handled themselves very well and were still polite and respectful to the irritable and rude customers. We all had reservations and there were several parties so we had to wait a bit. But it's about the same time you would wait if the establishment did not accept reservations. So HATS OFF to your staff!!! Appreciate them!!! We had a fabulous night celebrating my fiancé's birthday and we will certainly be back"

I find that absurd - I worked in the food industry for 5 years and would never dream of telling a party someone was waiting and that we needed to be on our way.

"Both had salmon for lunch; it was great and we would recommend it to anyone. Broccoli stems were a little hard to chew for our taste; we'll have it cooked a little longer. Very flavorful though."

"I had eaten at a location in las Vegas previously but never this Cool Springs location. It was as phenomenal as I remember it! The greeters & server were very nice, margaritas very tasty & the food fantastic. I would eat there much more frequently but live a little too far from it (Birmingham, Al). Anybody trying to open one here possibly?
