Taddeo's
Taddeos is family style Italian dining serving large portions to share or single portions for smaller or single clients. We feature classic Italian dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, parmesans, Fettuccini Alfredo, and also serve lamb,veal,steak,salmon,pork and trout. We offer a large appetizer menu with calamari, garlic cheese bread, bruschetta, fried ravioli, green lip mussels, carpaccio and eggplant. Some of our best selling dishes are the rigatoni and homemade sausage, penne gorgonzola, chicken marsala, linquini alla pescatore and grilled salmon. Taddeos is located in the Village of Breckenridge over looking the Maggie Pond and the ski slopes. Taddeos opens daily at 4:00pm for happy hour in the large bar area and also features a large extensive wine list with over 35 wines by the glass offered.

"Taddeo's was a great find in Breckenridge. We needed a last minute reservation for 11 and they were able to accommodate us. Menu was varied enough with delicious sounding salads, pizzas and entrees. My fennel, pistachio and arugula salad was great. The fig and prosciutto pizza was delicious. The children enjoyed their cheese pizza and sausage pizza. You could get more sophisticated food items or basic--whatever you prefer. Service was friendly, food came relatively quickly. We loved it. It is hard to find, tucked back in a building complex, but was worth the search! Just ask for specific directions. We would go back in a second. The prices were very reasonable also. We spent 1/2 as much as the night before while serving more."

"This was unexpectedly delicious. A bit tricky to find, it was worth the trip. The Fig and Goat cheese pizza was wonderful, moist and flavorful. We also tried the Penne and Gorgonzola, which was also worth repeating."

"Our second time at their new location and probably our last. Food was no better than average the first time and not much better this time around. One member of our party ordered pasta with alfredo sauce - it came very dry. My puttanesca tasted like it had too many capers. And never have I been in an Italian restaurant where no one at the table was offered parmesan. This used to be our favorite Italian restaurant in Breckenridge, but after the last two experiences, is totally off our list of dining spots."

"We had a very tasty meal here on a Saturday night. All four of us enjoyed our meals and the service was good.

"We had a nice dinner with our family here on vacation in Breck. Food was extremely good for the price. My husband's lamb sirloin was outstanding. I had great glass of wine for $8 - unheard of for Breckenridge. Highly recommend this place. My only complaint was the room was a bit bare, drafty and we had a flickering light over our head."

"Decent Italian food; much better than an Olive Garden type chain. I had the grilled artichoke appetizer which was fantastic but my entree wasn't as good. I had their special tagliatelle with roasted veges in pesto sauce. The sauce was bland and the pasta was a bit starchy. The service was very good and everyone was pleasant. Portions were large and the price was more than fair. My table companions enjoyed their entree the shrimp fra diavolo- spicy yet not over powering."

"The food was outstanding. I had one of the best beet salads for a starter and local lamb for a entree that was cooked to perfection. We had our children with us and they were very helpful to sit us in a place that our bossy 4 year old wanted. They also provided crayons and fast service on the kids pasta and pizza so they would be occupied. My husband had a pasta dish with sausage and he said it was delicious. It looks like the bar and first dining room were recently remodeled. Closest real restaurant to Marriott and Hyatt in Breckenridge."

"We were a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was excellent. The ambiance was nice, busy but not crowded. The decor is nice. The food choice was great for our family of four. It definitely took a while to come, but it was quite good. We ended up with a really nice bruschetta, salmons and pizzas and they were all very nice. Our waiter was a gem, very helpful. All service staff were very attentive (checked in to see how we were doing, filled water glasses, etc. And the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go again."
