Welcome to Cedar Creek American Bar & Grill where simplicity is refined. Cedar Creek is a chef inspired American bistro fueled by the culinary team of Chef David Dunn. Chef Dunn’s team will be serving up culinary delights that will appeal to a wide array of palates; from Carolina BBQ pulled pork sliders to Colorado lamb burger, from "Angry Mussels" to crispy blue fin tuna.
Cedar Creek is located at 75 cedar swamp road in beautiful Glen Cove New York on the border of Glen Head. The décor is simply contemporary with warmth that is accented by beautiful walnut and cream tones. The restaurant has several different areas that add intimacy to the ambiance; including a beautiful outdoor patio for the warmer months.
Join us for dinner seven nights a week or simply join us for a cocktail, glass of wine, or one of our thirty bottles of beer at the bar.

"Since Cedar Creek is less than 5 mins. from my home, my husband and I frequently go here. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. This past week was Restaurant Week so they had a 3 course special for $27.95. I had the Beets with Goat Cheese, Chicken Milanese w/Arugula and Creme Brûlée for dessert....everything was nicely prepared and tasty. I have to give my dessert an extra star as it was especially creamy and the caramelized topping was crispy and delicious. Portions are generous as well. We'll be back!"

"I had made the reservation for 6 but my son had an extra friend with him so we ended up being 7. The hostess was unfazed about the change in number and quickly changed our table to one that was comfortable for us. The food was delicious and the service was great. It was a little loud but other than that, it was a great night."

"Been here a few times. The food was especially good this time and the waiter was particularly helpful. One of us had a few issues and the waiter was very accommodating. Our table wasn't situated in the best place but we were all very able to hear each other-unlike most restaurants in Long Island. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Heard good things about Cedar Creek, and I was not disappointed. Even though it was extremely busy, we had two servers and both were excellent. The food was very good - steak was done perfectly (not always so on a busy night), and the cheese dipping sauce (which didn't sound great) was terrific. Iceberg wedge was also nicely done (although as my buddy across the table said, it's hard to mess up bacon and blue cheese). All things considered, a very good choice if you're in Glen Cove (although you might want to ask yourself, why am I in Glen Cove?....)"

"This was my fourth trip to Cedar Creek. It has become one of my local favorite restaurants. I have been there with my husband for a romantic dinner, I've taken my children there and last night I went with my best friend. Every single time the service and food were great! The food is made fresh and always full of flavor. From appetizers to dessert you are never disappointed! The wait staff is always friendly and personable. They always make suggestions from the menu that you wouldn't even consider until they describe it!"

"Very nice experience. Open table was a great tool for finding a last minute reservation. The dining experience was very enjoyable. Cedar Creek has a very extensive menu of various items ranging from a burger to seafood, pasta, steaks, etc. There was something for everyone. "First time visit, did not know what to expect . when we entered there was a distinct fish smell , not appealing. table could use some candle light. the food was surprisingly good. although the portion for the fish and chips was on the skimpy side . the waiter managed to pour more then half a bottle of wine in 2 glasses. a little education there would be helpful . will go back if in the area."
