"I rate Paul's "good" overall, but it was way too expensive. It was not worth the price and I would not go back or recommend the restaurant. There are lots of other choices of restaurants that offer better food and ambience that I would choose."

"I took my mom to Paul's Restaurant for Mother's Day lunch. The restaurant had a special brunch buffet set up in one of the dining rooms in lieu of ordering from the menu. The brunch menu featured both breakfast items (omelets, blintz, pancakes, pastries and fruit) and lunch items (carving prime rib, salmon, smoked fish, shrimp, vegetables, salads, potato and mini desserts). Everything was delicious. Service got a little slow towards the end (coffee, getting the check), otherwise, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the meal and will come back to try the restaurant's regular menu"

"Delicious as always... I live near Paul's, and I've had the pleasure of bringing lots of friends to Paul's, and all of them leave happy (and full). We went to half-price sushi night and had a glass of the house red wine. The seaweed salad was a very refreshing and light appetizer then I had the smoked salmon nigri and Dynamite Roll. Both were great and very fresh and pair perfectly with the wine. I definitely recommend everyone try Paul's for a special occasion or just a night out for sushi or good food."

"The host was friendly and offered us a warm welcome when we arrived. The servers were attentive and the food was fantastic. The food is aesthetically pleasing and prepared in gourmet fashion. They had a good variety on the menu so it is great for any member of the family. I love this restaurant and wish I lived down the street so I could walk there and become a regular!"

"Food was a little "off," unusual for Paul's. Mediterranean salad was so-so - cheese overly salted, the rest ordinary. Had crab claw special and the texture tasted overdone, almost frozen rater than fresh. Accompanying sauce was great, but didn't hide texture. Waiter recommended a full-bodied cab that was awesome. House ice creams were a nice finishing touch. Love the atmosphere, staff. Just an off night."

"Firstly the restaurant is in Avery unique location situated right off of peachtree in a neighborhood area. The food was great and they cooked a vegetarian option for my fiancé that was more unique then many other restaurants in the area. Larger portions with great flavor cooked very well. "For those who need a special place to bring clients or friends for the casual but special night(or lunch) this is the place. Its the "Cheers" of Atlanta. The staff is positive,knowledgeable and willing to please. Of course, the food is also southern-fine with the menu offering steak, fried lobster, vegetables and lots of really good sushi. They want it your way so ask for your peculiarities. Great location with valet. Go for the drink at the bar after your hobby event or for a quick meal. Paul, the owner is there most nights. He works the room speaks to all customers in a humble gracious manner. Tell him if things could be better for you and he will do what's needed."

"I love this place. The food is a good as you will find anywhere, but without the pretension you get from a lot of high quality resturants. I had the duck special, my wife had the chicken and my mother in law as always had the fried lobster and everything was perfect. Paul came over and was the gracious host and provided complimentary sweets. You can't go wrong here."

"We had such a wonderful dinner at Paul's. It was fantastic from the moment we walked in and we were greeted by the maitre'd John Marc. He was entertaining, accommodating, and professional. From the moment we sat down every thing was perfect. The wine choice, the lobster appetizer, the entree's, and finally the dessert - it was all wonderful. Paul came by our table to check on us and was very engaging and capped of the evening nicely. We highly recommend Paul's."

"Was disappointed... was looking for regular menu options, but was limited to the "special" Valentines menu that was not appealing. Price for the quality of food was unreasonable. Will not return, will not recommend."
