The 100-seat Queensview Room, located on the third floor of
Parkers' Lighthouse, is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Lounge is open until 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The Queensview Steakhouse serves upscale Southern California cuisine and features Prime steaks, chops, lobster, and fresh grilled seafood.

"It always is a pleasure dining here. On my last visit I had the scallops then the salmon. The scallops are always amazing (but never hot enough in my opinion). The salmon was not my favorite entree here, but it was tasty. The potato gratin is always delicious. I will definitely be returning."

"If you are one for ocean views, this is a nice spot. Located at the top of the Lighthouse the restaurant is very intimate with beautiful water views of the Queen Mary and a good sunset. There was a live jazz band playing in the background, not to loud so you could enjoy your conversation and get in the mood. Steaks were great and service was wonderful. Enjoyed the view with my lady for our anniversary."

"Wonderful service with scenic views of the water and the Queen Mary! The menu offers a nice variety of items, all basically a la carte, and on the expensive side. Our steaks were excellent and done just as we asked. We shared the Alsatian salad and the au gratin potatoes and enjoyed them both. The live music provided a very nice touch to our dining experience."

"Hard to believe this place was half empty on a Saturday night. But the dining area is particularly large, and when you have the 555 Steakhouse several blocks away it must be hard to compete. Prices range is expensive, not moderately so, and everything is ala carte, so if you want a potato or brussels sprouts with your entree, cha-ching $ha-$hing. The food was very good though, as well as the service. We ordered two glasses of port wine ($21 each) to go with our raspberry chocolate cake for desert. They were out of the port wine, and the cake tasted like it came out of a box from the refrigerator. Stick with the steak and skip the desert and you'll leave with a memorable experience. They did have live jazz music though - nice touch."

"Decided to go here because I noticed a lot of positive reviews for this place. Since I was going to celebrate a special occasion with my significant other and she likes steaks I figured this would be a good place. found out later she had already been here before but I had not and I loved it.The service was EXCELLENT, to eat I had the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake as an appetizer, the Queensview Steakhouse Feature for two with Brussels sprouts and a bake potato. I have no complaints what so ever. To drink I tried the queens view punch and also this other drink with vodka and rosemary that was really good. As for the prices, I wasn't surprised because I knew it was a nice place and I wasn't upset to pay it either. It made for a very memorable night."

"When we arrived for our 7:30 p.m. reservation, we were greeted by a "Parking Lot Full" sign and found out that the valet parking was also full. I called the restaurant and was assured that they would hold our reservation and send a shuttle to pick us up at a nearby parking lot. Once we got to the restaurant, we had a WONDERFUL experience, primarily due to our great waiter, Kevin. He was very detail-oriented and offered good suggestions, while providing enough space for us to enjoy a belated Valentine's Day dinner. The food was good, especially the jumbo crab cake appetizer and a seasonal beet salad. The jazz combo provided nice background music without being too loud or distracting. Overall, a classy place to dine!"

"Queensview Steakhouse is the 3rd floor of Porter's Lighthouse, and Porter's Lighthouse is ANOTHER restaurant, so it can be confusing on a first visit. Queensview is small, so it was good we had a reservation, as a couple ahead of us were told they would have to wait an hour. (They had reserved at Porter's, then wanted the better view of Queensview.) The ambiance was really nice, including the slow, jazzy live music (not too loud thankfully). But because the place is small, you could end up adjacent the kitchen, which we did, though we turned our backs to it. Food was really good and because you share sides, it was less expensive than I thought ($135). The service was top notch. I would go back and recommend it."

"This was a lovely place for my mom's birthday dinner. The food (ribeye steak) was delicious, and the service was very friendly. The views of the Queen Mary and the city of Long Beach are spectacular and get even better after the sun goes down. On our particular Saturday evening, there was even romantic live music after 6:00 p.m. (Not sure if it's there every night.)The place is pricey--everything is ala carte, but great for a special occasion or date night, if you can afford it.They will let you split an entree at no extra charge, and the sides were big enough for our group of three to share. All in all, it was a very nice experience, and we will be back."

"The food was okay. I was dying for a good scallop and they came out a little cold and they didn't have that beautiful sear on both sides that I love. Kind of disappointing for such a highly rated restaurant. My steak was a steak. BUT my Cesar salad was AWESOME!! Loved it. And the cheddar bacon biscuits are great. The service was good. My first date anniversary with my husband falls on Valentines day and his birthday is the 15th - so this is our one big dinner each year and we always try to go to the best places. Next year we will be trying something different."

"I took my wife there for our 19th wedding anniversary and I must say we had a great time. From the moment we walked in, everyone there treated us like royalty, and our server was extremely welcoming and knowledgable. The chef even sent a small plate of shishimi to our table to acknowledge our anniversary, (nice touch). The view of the Queen Mary and the Long Beach shore was priceless and added to the romantic ambiance. The live jazz music was excellent as was the food. We will definately return."
