"A friend referred me to this restaurant. She told me the food was great and the owner was really friendly. I didnt meet the owner but she was definitely right about the food. It was delicious! I had the Parmesan crusted chicken with roasted potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and sausage. Every bite was delicious! My boyfriend ordered the lamb which isn't a regular menu item. Our waiter told us it was one of the best dishes made there so my boyfriend ordered it. OMG! The lamb was perfectly cooked and falling off the bone. The portion sizes were huge. Well worth every penny. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this restaurant."

Asked for medium-rare, got medium, and my creamed spinach was not very good - much too greasy. Husband's chicken a bit on the dry side."

"I'm in town for business and my husband came to celebrate my birthday with me. We were torn between Sage and a couple of other places near by. I don't think we made the right choice. We were disappointed that our meals arrived before our bread and wine did. Our waiter was held up by a large party he was also serving and someone else delivered our meals to us. The size of the prime rib was much smaller than I would have expected but it was delicious! The waiter did make it up to us by giving us a crème brulee which was also delicious. Even though the food was very good, we probably won't go back because there are so many other places around that we want to try."

"We were first timers, so we didn't know what to expect. Our waiter was friendly, helpful, and offered us fresh bread while we awaited our appetizers. We had ordered the Thai Chicken Skewers and the Bruchetta. We commented that the bread and olive oil were so good that the Bruchetta may be dull by comparison. WE WERE WRONG! Hands down, by far, this was the best Bruchetta either of us have ever tasted. The rest of our meal only went up from there. The goat cheese stuffed chicken breasts were amazing. I ordered the seafood grill, suggested by our waiter, and it was fantastic, as well. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to our next visit...which will be soon!"

"Impressively varied menu: seafood, meat, sandwiches, salads. Some down home style entrees like meatloaf. Met a client here for a business lunch, quite early, and it was very quiet - which was conducive for discussions. Waiter was excellent, as he allowed us time to talk before ordering. My choice: half/half - soup and sandwich. Soup du jour was portabello mushroom. Tasty but not quite hot. Open face half tuna melt: nice, though the cheese wasn't really melted and the tuna was average on flavor. A giant side of wedge cut fries was unexpectedly included and not wanted or eaten. Overly large portions for what I thought would be a healthy choice. Waste. My associate seemed to enjoy a portabello mushroom and chicken panini. Prices were terrific."

"Service, food and atmosphere was unmatched - however my only complaint was - they served their home-style chips only at the bar - so would rather us not have ordered an appetizer than to have served us the chips from the bar!
Not sure I get that - the kitchen was making it anyway. i was quite happy to order at the bar and bring to my table but that was frowned upon. If you want to keep separate it is one thing but if special request and someone's birthday - make an exception."

"Erica's service was terrific. We went on Valentine's Day night, the traffic had been horrific, we were late for our reservation and upset by that but they couldn't have been nicer about it and seated us right away. The music was so loud in our section that you had trouble talking over it but Erica got them to turn it down to a comfortable level. Our first table was extremely wobbly and they moved us at once. "We had a great experience here 4 weeks ago and so (my husband & I) took our daughter back. Her meal (a petite fillet) was delicious and worth coming back for. My husband had the yellow fin tuna dish & I had the sea bass special of the night. Both fish dishes were just awful! The sea bass was fried in some weird basil crust and was greasy and gross, it totally ruined the fish. Also, the red pepper soup of the night was not good and I had a delicious caesar salad previously and the one I got tonight had full romain leaves that were not chopped up which was totally different than my previous caesar. I don't think we will come back soon due to the food inconsistency. Maybe they have different chef's on different nights? Not good!"
