Pitch is located in the historic Dundee neighborhood. Our establishment is unique in decor, drinks, menu, and staff!
Keeping up with the traditional way the first pizzas in the United States were made, our pizzas are cooked in a coal-fired oven. The menu also features seafood, steak, housemade pastas, and a burger full of flavor! Our goal is to provide you with local, housemade, and imported ingredients. We offer a Happy Hour menu through the week. And, our bar provides an array of in-house concoctions as well as your traditional libation! Our wine selection is well-thought, and most impressive!! "The menu at Pitch was unique and not overwhelming. Everything looked great, so it was difficult to choose. The pizza combinations were out of the ordinary, and they offered gluten-free crust, which is hard to find. Great drink choices, yummy sangria and a fun atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience. I can't wait to go back and try something new!"

"What a fabulous restaurant! This is our third visit to Pitch because we have always loved their gourmet pizzas and salads! This time we decided to try a couple of appetizers also. We were all so impressed with the rosemary wings & artichoke appetizer! Both came with wonderful sauces that we just couldn't get enough of! We live and Lincoln and don't mind the drive because the food and service are always exceptional!"

"My family and I had a wonderful experience at Pitch for Mother's Day brunch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and great with our kids. The food was well-crafted and delicious. I have been to Pitch for lunch and dinner and have always had a good experience, but wasn't sure about bringing the kids in. We felt welcome and enjoyed our experience. Thanks!"

"This place fits well into the quaint, trendy village of Dundee. The employees make you feel like they have known and waited on you as a regular, even when it may be their first time serving you. The owner is always around talking and checking on the food, and I even watched him take out several loads of trash, which shows his focus is on making that place run. For the type of food, specialty pizzas and related fare, it is excellent, as good as I've had. Only giving food 4 stars because it does not rank up there with the best food I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed. I dont drink but they seemed to have a nice and trendy drink and wine assortment."

"We celebrate mother,s day on Saturday night. The music were LOUD. We sat at the back and the music were still screaming loud. We could not hold a conversation across our table. Services was fine. Food were good, especially the calamari and the buffalo wings. The pizza is always good here. The choices for drinks were good."

"Discovered Pitch while at the 2012 Bershire Hathaway meeting and wanted to get off the beaten path. Brought friends back during this year's annual meeting. Great food, good service, nice atmosphere. The arugula salad was awesome. Last minute Open Table online reservation saved us from a very long wait for a Saturday lunch!"

"While the food was pretty good, the service was just average. Our waiter was friendly enough, but he was scarce. The kitchen sent our four dishes out all at different times. At least 5 minutes elapsed between my friend's hamburger arriving and my pizza arriving. Our appetizer came last.
Noise level at the front of the restaurant does not lend itself well to intimate conversation, but if you sit in the back you're packed in like sardines. Nice decor. Good wine list.
I'd come back, but not on a busy Friday evening. Maybe an early dinner during the week or for lunch."

"The menu is different and they have some interesting choices. They have only one beer on tap, but a good variety of cans and bottles. Friday nights it is so loud in there that I can hardly have a conversation with my dining companions, partly due to the acoustics and the crowd, and partly because the music is so loud. I think they keep raising the music volume to make sure the music is heard over the loud talking. The waitress, who has served me before, seems overworked and unhappy to be there. I believe she wishes she were sitting at a table being waited on, instead of vice versa. Not sure the food is worth the money ($25 for 1/3 of a pizza, truffle fries, and white beans, plus 2 Tecates.) I'll go back, hoping that 3s a charm..."

"Pitch has quickly become our new favorite restaurant! The food is great! The meatballs have to be the best I have ever had. Make sure to ask for extra bread to soak up all the yummy leftover sauce. They also have an amazing house wine (which is also our new favorite!) called Pitch Black. A great foodie restaurant in a super cute/cool part of omaha. A must try for sure!"

"I always enjoy the food and beverages. I requested a private table toward the back which is quieter and got a shared table toward the front, which was noisy and frustrating. Enjoyed the food and beverages but couldn't hear the conversations well at all. I wish they had tried to respect our request, we could have waited a couple minutes but it didn't seem that they tried to accommodate."

Went for a family birthday outing (4 of us) but was very difficult to have a conversation due to the excessive noise -- mostly because we were sandwiched between two large parties. Food was very good but in addition to noise we had to wait 20 minutes beyon our reservation time due to slow table turnover. Most likely if I return it will be for lunch."

"We were at pitch between 6 and 8 and it was very busy and very LOUD. In addition to the people, the music was playing incredibly loud. "Our group stopped here before a Playhouse performance. Service was great, but the food was excellent. All the hype we heard was certainly founded. Some of us had happy hour portions such as the meatballs and mini pizza and they were sized more than enough for a snack. It got a bit loud for talking to each other as it grew more crowded, but well, well worth our time and money."

"I brought a party of 6 business associates from out of town. The food was awesome. The Appetizers we had were tasty (Meatballs (out of this world tasty), Glazed carrots (my favorite), Calamari (light and served right), Spicy wings (Make your mouth water). Than the Pizzas which we ordered three different types The Mia, The Basel Pesto Chicken and the Lobster Pizza of the week. The Basel Pesto Chicken was my favorite. Shannon was our server and she did an excellent job and the place was packed! Everyone left Full and satisfied and thanked me the next day for taking them to such a fun and flavorful restaurant."

"Pitch has a great deal on Monday and Tuesday evenings where you get a pizza and bottle of wine for $30. Makes eating out affordable and fun on a budget. We thought the music was great, although some may find it to be a bit on the loud side, we found it to be perfect. We were still able to talk over it, while it provided energy and atmosphere to the place. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly without hovering over the table. The food was spot on! For a price point of $30 and we were very satisfied."

"We reserved a table for 9 for a work lunch with our staff. The Pitch team took awesome care of us. The restaurant ambiance is one of my favorites in town. It is a little loud for all of us to communicate effectively across the table, but we were just hanging out. We ordered 4 pizzas - Margherita, Mia, Shrooms, and Thai. The Thai was my favorite. Love the cilantro on that. Two of us also ordered the soup of the day, a chicken quinoa. It looked and smelled delicious. Two others ordered the iceberg wedge which they seemed to enjoy as well.
Pitch is awesome gem in Omaha that I don't hesitate to recommend to anyone."
