"Although this restaurant was GORGEOUS inside and the menu was pretty good we were literally the ONLY people in the entire place. To their credit it was a Sunday night, however, I just love being surrounded by people and think it makes the atmosphere of the restaurant that much more interesting. The food was ok. The main courses were much better than the appitizers."

Michael’s Genuine, Il Gabbiano, & Ceviche 105 in Miami.
Café Maxx & La Brochette in Broward.
Ian’s Tropical Grille in Martin County.
Palm Beach County has the highest % of residents in the US who dine out, so where do we like to go? Angle. Hands down the most innovative and creative yet not outlandish cuisine. We are foodies & know how to cook so we know culinary techniques & preparation. But we like to be served as well. The service is impeccable and so smooth it is almost imperciptable. We don't always order wine but this time our friends from Manhattan were quite impressed with their wine list & we got a gorgeous Viognier from Napa.
Don't wait for a special occasion to visit this special place."

"A few of my friends and I decided to check out angle, and we all got the tasting menu. The chef came out to greet us and talk with us about our likes and dislikes before creating a spectacular meal for us. We also got the wine pairing. When you go here, it's worth it to go all out! Each course was just as stunning as the next. The food here is like nothing in the area! The caviar tacos were awesome! The poached egg spetzel was the perfect combination of favor and texture. The octopus is great! We loved the short rib as well. If we weren't so full we would've ordered more! The service was very attentive but not overwhelming. Everyone was very professional but warm. We will certainly go back and recommend Angle to everyone!"

"The service was excellent from the hostess at the front desk to the waiter. The octopus confit was delicious. However,the snapper (main dish) was lacking flavor and not cooked as it should in my opinion, as in the bottom of the fish was not cooked thoroughly enough as the top of the fish was and the portions were very small (2 small squares). The wine list was also notable. Overall, too expensive for the quality of the main dish."

"Our experience at Angle was superb. It was just that... A dining experience. The service was top knotch and seamless. The food was completely fresh and creatively designed. The chef clearly has an artistic way of preparing the dishes and takes deep pride in his work. He even came out to the table to greet us. Through his words and respectful dialogue you can tell he has a deep passion for his craft. Everything our party of 4 tried, was phenomenal. The ambience is relaxing yet romantic. This is how a 5 star restaurant should be!"

"There are talented professionals who bring knowledge, passion and skill to the culinary scene to create a memorable experience and Angle’s Chef de Cuisine Matthew McGhee and Sommelier Don Derocher did that in spades Saturday night.
After our evening of perfectly-paired food and Willamette Valley wines, our guests and we were in agreement that Angle hit it out of the park. From the Florida Cobia Oolong to the Flaming Créme Brûlée -- great flavors, of course, but also creativity, color, texture and a quality that makes you look at food or even a single ingredient in a new way. "We found the Angle restaurant dark and more in keeping with the decor of a steak house. We would prefer a lighter atmosphere {not more casual} to complement the emphasis made on local produce and organcally raised fish and beef.
Our waiter served us well, however the busboy was completely confused when serving our coffees and teas. Our waiter came to the rescue. Please inform the staff that interuptions during the meal were too numerous and not at the appropriate times.

"My fiancee and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton-Palm Beach over Valentine's Day weekend and had dinner at Angle, one of the hotel's restaurants.
From the ambience to the service to the food, everything was wonderful.

"By far the best open. Table option in palm beach.snapper was amazing as we're the butternut squash cappuccino and the banana fritter dessert.john Parker provided outstanding service and the manager Kendall Dunn was outstanding with many helpful suggestions. The outstanding experience continues after dinner in the lounge epithet drinks and music and afterwards you can go to ocean for view or the indoor or outdoor fireplaces

"Angle is an absuolute gem! The ambiance is wonderful, cozy with a subtle opulance accompanied by excellent music at just right volume. The service is impeccable. The cuisine is excuisite! We have dined all over the world and decided to let the chef and the sommilier decide what to serve. Because we were visiting from a cold climate where we are currently eating heavier foods with red wine, we asked chef McGee to focus on seafood and white wine. We were blown away by the sublime flavors and creativity as well as the beautiful wine pairings. We enjoyed 6 courses beginning with sevruga caviar tacos, and ending with a beautiful flaming brule. Every bite was pure joy, it was an evening not soon forgotten."

"Excellent food. The hotel, Ritz carlton Palm Beach has excellent outside dining, views, bar scene, kid-friendly. Perfect.
The Angle restaurant was excellent, each bite of my steak was PERFECT, as were the mushrooms and baked potato side dishes that I shared. The food was expensive, but perfectly cooked, I would recommend this for a special occasion. The wind selection was to die for.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend the rest of the Ritz Carlton palm beach, there are several restaurants and bars that are also super, great views of the ocean, star gazing at night, two beachside pools with cabanas for rent. You won't find a better time anywhere in the world, if what you want is beautiful Florida 'winter'."

"We chose to dine at Angle for our anniversary. The dining room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the table placement was excellent. The service was unobtrusive and professional, yet warm and welcoming. The appetizers that we selected were the scallops and the butternut squash cappuccino. Both were delicious with unique flavors and lovely presentations. My husband elected the "roasted pork" special, which he found to be a bit dry but saved by the delicious "mango ketchup". I opted for the red snapper and found it to be light and delightful. For dessert, we were treated to a special anniversary dessert plate with a piece of chocolate mousse cake and chocolate covered strawberries. The dessert was light and a nice touch."
