Fork offers cuisine inspired from the Northwest region using the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients. Fork also offers hand-crafted cocktails, a large selection of regional wines and beers in a rustic yet very warm, welcoming setting. Fork is open for lunch and dinner daily and offers a full-service Saturday brunch with a featured bloody Mary bar and fresh, local ingredients sourced from the Capital City Public Market on Saturday mornings (9:30-2:00pm). Brunch is seasonal and is only offered when CCPM is running.

"We really enjoy this restaurant. The only comment I would have is that the servers seem a bit "pushy" I have found this each time I have been there and I wonder if they are trained to push drinks....."

"I had read many good things about Forks and now I know why, first hand. My wife had the trout and I had the apple-maple half chicken. The trout was moist and delicious, the chicken was cooked just right and I could cut it with a fork, including the breast. We both had a cocktail. She a martini with blue cheese olives and I had a Long Island ice tea, which ranked number one on besting tasting LIIT. We will enjoy your experience."

"This was recommended to us by a friend. It was an amazing find in downtown Boise. WE will return to this eatery many times I am sure. i would love to eat outside next time we go. It had a nice sidewalk eating area. The drinks were spendy even though they had amazing combinations. I had a strawberry-basil-rhubarb margarita. It was fabulous. Ths veggie burger, my son had, was made on the spot with quinoa and beans and not some frozen veggie patty. The grilled artichoke was a great appetizer. I had the BAM sammy on a recommendation and it was yummy. The parm-rosemary fries were great also. The food prices were basically what one would pay at any restaurant. This would be a great place to take any one for any occasion."

"The food was delicious and fast. The drinks were also good. The service was very good and consistent throughout the meal. It is a little louder in there but nothing so loud that you cannot have conversation. There was a great mix of people dining and it was busy for a Monday so we suggest reservations."

"The food was great as usual. I really enjoyed the Grilled Cheese for grown-ups with the tomato basil soup. Yum. It was a very busy Thursday night and rather slow service especially when there was a child dinning with us. "We arrived at 7pm for our reservation time. Server was friendly and we ordered our food within 5 to 10 minutes. We did not receive our entree until and hour later. That was disappointing but the food was good and our server was very friendly and apologized for the slow service. I would take a chance and go back and hope for quicker service next time."

"I visited Fork while vacationing in Boise from Chicago. The food was delicious! We ordered the black bean hummus, which was a really good dish to share. I rarely eat meat, but decided to take the advice of Foursquare reviewers and ordered the BAM Sammy - excellent idea! The bacon was amazing and the entire sandwich had a great blend of flavor. One warm butter cake for the table was a tasty ending to a great meal."

"Sometimes when you try a new place and like it, it can be a fluke. I have taken several different sets of friends to this establishment now and have yet to be dissappointed. The food is great, sourced locally as much as possible, and reasonably priced. I have dreams about the asparagus fries. The atmosphere feels slightly upscale-ish, but you are comfortable cruising in in your running gear if need be. The funky drink list gives a variety of new things to try. The staff is attentive without being annoying and is knowledgable about the menu which is nice when you take newbies. I can't say enough about this place!!"

"I've heard rave reviews about The Fork so my husband and I decided to try it! We really enjoyed it. There's a variety of delicious foods on the menu at a fair price. He had the Urban burger and it was excellent and I had a salmon sandwhich which was good. We shared the butter cream cake and that made the night! SO GOOD! We will go back!"

"My wife and I are moving from Los Angeles and were lucky to have The Fork recommended to us by our realtor. The food was great, the service was outstanding, and we really enjoyed ourselves. "So delicious! I have wanted to try chicken and waffles for a while, and Fork's are great. They come with orange butter, and to me that was a perfect flavor enhancement. The drinks are also very good. I had The B.O.G., and I appreciate that they use a high end gin like Hendrick's in this. The flavor was great. On another occasion I came back with my boyfriend, and tried their quinoa veggie burger. It was messy, but very flavorful. My only complaint being that the aioli that accompanied my fries was bland."

"Went on a date here on Mother's Day. Crowded and lively. Food was really good. Salmon carpaccio needed more salmon. It was super thin and stuck to the plate. Delicious, however. Good pear salad.

"The room we where seated in was very noisy. Think it is more about the room and the amount of people in there that make it noisy. Food was good. Salmon cooked perfectly, loved my fish tacos. Couple little things were not so good. Pasta was undercooked and sauce lacked a pronounced pesto/mushroom flavor. Tomato fondu tasted like canned tomato soup, which was good but unoriginal. I'll go back, but will be more cafeful in ordering won't sit in the noisy room."

"We had a good experience at Fork. I have been there before, this was my first visit with the summer menu. One person in our party loved the trout over kale, I had the ravioli, which seemed a little tough- overcooked? I could not detect a significant flavor in the filling. "Despite reservations and an early dinner time, our reservation got mixed up and someone was at our table so we had to wait awhile to be seated at one of many empty tables. She did say they were expecting many later that evening.
The food was good but we wouldn't have minded being left alone (by the wait staff) to enjoy it!
That's why I rated the service as low as I did.
Its hard to find a good restaurant that isn't noisy and Fork is no exception.

"I had a reservation for a party of six business lunch. The food was very good. I had the prime rib dip with a side soup of the day, Very tender meat, soft light bun, light non salty au jus sauce and the soup of curry chicken was wonderful. Others had meatloaf sandwich-very good as well, chicken salad-very fresh a flavorful, house salad-fresh with excellent homemade dressing. What really made the lunch was our server, Jen. She was an excellent communicator, understood this was a business lunch and didn't overwhelm us but gave excellent service to all. Explained everything well, answered any question clearly and was patient when coming up to the table to wait for the proper time to address the group. She really made the lunch. EXCELLENT Jen!!"

"Unfortunately, we had to leave Fork and go elsewhere because it was too loud for members of our party who have a hard time hearing. The wait staff was very helpful and tried to seat us in a quieter section, but the whole restaurant is very loud, even though it was not that crowded when we were there. This is not a restaurant for older people or those with difficulty hearing."

"extremely noisy, since it was very busy. Disappointed in a very mediocre $35 dollar bottle of wine. Food was good. Service was fair, only because the server appeared to hurry us through our meal. Rather than feeling attentive, it felt as if she was trying to get us to go-go-go, for example, removing our dessert plate really before anyone was ready, but no one was fast enough to intervene before she took it."

"This was our first time in Boise and Fork was recommended by a number of "locals". We found the food and the service to be excellent. The wine list had variety and a reasonable range of prices. We appreciated that both full entrees, small plates, and sandwiches were available during dinner.

"Our evening at FORK was great from the start. We had family in town and were hoping for a fun place that served really good food. We weren't disappointed.
