"The only issue was somewhat slow servive. While quite friendly and attentive, it seemed they were short on chefs. We waited for quite a while with our drinks before the chef arrived. Everything else was very nice."

"We had two different groups of our family attend that night, one for a dance with girls and one for three boy birthdays. Both groups had a great time, it was very economical for feeding a family, and the food and service was great!"

"The major issue for us, having eaten Japanese food in Japan, Koto's food left us wanting. It had none of the Japanese flavors we have come to know. Even the calamari was unseasoned. It was cooked to perfection but had no flavor.
Our server was attentive. The service was good. The ambience was good. The only complaint was the food."

"After being seated it took 22 minutes to get out drinks. One guest didnt erceive anything to drink at all. She appoligized. Ten minutes later she came back to get an app order and still didnt bring her drink. She came back yet again and finally brought it. We waited forever for our food and we were one of 5 tables full in the dining room. We were told also that we couldnt order hibachi from the dining room. This wasnt told to us when we made our reservations and we were very upset. The food was great once it finally came, but dont think we will ever be back........"

"It was Valentine's Day and extremelu busy. It was obvious that they were not ready for the crowd. It took over ten minutes to get a drink at the bar, and over 15 after we were seated. My son ordered steak & shrimp for which we were billed, and received chicken. The steak was fatty. A drink was spilled on the grill which took about 15 minutes to clean up, and and they had to start over.I hope that this was just a bad night."

"We had to wait a long time to eat on Valentines day even though we had a reservation. People who walked in after us that had no reservation were seated and ate before us. Our waiter was slow and didn't know how to deal with the slowness of the cooks."
