Executive Chef Jeremy Glover executes the restaurant’s “chef to farm” philosophy in the form of classic yet intrepid cuisine. Marrying Old World technique with New England flair, Glover creates comfort dining by creating artisanal breads, pastas, braises, and entrées with ingredients sourced exclusively from local purveyors. Armed with bicoastal cooking experience, Glover creates the seasonal menu as if he was serving it in his own home, and he often improvises new dishes based on the daily haul.
